A small bar to make me feel less guilty about having not had a bowl of porridge before leaving home in the morning. I don't normally eat biscuits or cake but these are great for when I'm in a hurry and need a quick fix. Less guilt attached due to the healthy oats. They don't taste too sweet and are better than an ordinary biscuit. I've not checked the ingredients or nutritional breakdown (naughty me!) Obviously not as economical as making a bowl of porridge and more expensive but at 50p per bar with a lovely hit of cinnamon I think they are well worth the money, particularly from the convenience aspect . Packaged individually so no fear, once opened, the second bar will go soft. Nice texture too.

Don’t be fooled by thinking these are like other cereal bars - they are chunky, dense and are really substantial. My only gripe is the amount of sugar they put in these things!

Convenient and easy to take with you on the go. However, I didn’t find them very flavoursome. The cinnamon taste is barely there and they’re on the dry side than being moist. Ok if on offer or you need some emergency breakfast/snack on the go. I won’t be rushing back to buy more though.
