It contains no alcohol, neutral taste, easy to swallow. When I take it I notice that I am more alert and I have more energy. I recommend taking it in the morning, it can keep one awake.

This Liquid Vitamin B12 is my go to choice for B12. The suggested 3000mcg dose is equivalent to 13 drops. The convenient dropper makes it easy to choose how many drops to take, so you can have a lower dose if preferred, or it's easy to titrate up gradually. For people with allergies to exipients this product is perfect as it contains NO added ingredients just B12 in Reverse Osmosis water. It is a combination of Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin. I've had no adverse reactions and have been using this product for about 2 years. My B12 defeciency is resolved taking 4 drops a day.

I think his supplement would be good for someone with B12 deficiency as it is high potency.I have taken the stated dose of 13 drops and it gives me headaches so maybe just take a small amount and see how you get on, to high a dose of any vitamin can be toxic especially vitamin A.So try with moderation.Hope this helps

I have had to have injections from the doctor for my deffiency in B12, but this products means that will no longer be the case. My energy levels are now as they should be. Easy to apply, tasteless and effective.

A highly bioavailable Vitamin B12 product that I can feel working the same day that I take it. I’ve been taking this for years now and I'm not exaggerating when I say feel a lot more uplifted and ready to take on any challenges. I’m less groggy, rarely have negative thoughts as much as I used to, don't need as much sleep, more talkative, skin looks more glowing. I have also noticed I'm less emotional when something negative happens in my life. I also give this to my parents who I've noticed seem to have gone through similar changes. The drop form is pricey compared to tablets but it's worth it as you do get a high dose per serving and it has no extra ingredients that are bad for health.
