Don't buy this if in the UK. It is an American spec machine with an American plug. The voltage is completely different in the UK!

This product is supplied with a USA electrical plug, operates on 120V (USA) and cannot operate on the UK electrical voltage - 240V. When I plugged it in, the appliance fused. I now notice all the negative reviews for the same reason. It is absurd for Bolo to be selling the product to the UK market when it does not work in the UK.

It had a USA plug and even with a step down conversion adapter it was to dangerous to use because of the higher wattage used with coffee makers, kettles etc. Had to send it back and you could only get hold of Keurig coffee pods through Bolo not in regular UK stores.
