Brilliant, works really well. I gave up vaping in about 3 weeks using this. It does give you indigestion sometimes, but that’s good in a way as if it was too nice I’d just want to carry on with it forever 🤣. I never thought I’d actually be able to give up the vape - this is a game changer. I’m now off this too (took about a month in total) and am completely nicotine free

Almost six weeks in and I have managed to stay off cigarettes.I still get strong cravings from time to time and this does help.There are some days that are very hard and I have sprayed this 3 or 4 times in one go, this was not a good idea as it has made me light headed and feeling sick.In many reviews I had read that people had sprayed it on the inside of their cheeks, however, this I found a little awkward and tended to hold at an angle which made the liquid come out as a squirt of fluid rather than a mist.I now spray it on my tongue and keep it in my mouth for a short while.If I sprayed it to near to the back of the throat it caused me to have hiccups and it also made it feel like I had swallowed something whole, which was a very unpleasant feeling, it is worth keeping this in mind if it happens and not to panic as it does pass fairly quickly.I have been smoking over 40 years and on many occasions tried giving up without the help of nicotine replacement and struggled for nearly 10 weeks and ended up smoking again.I have noticed that although I still have cravings I am now feeling a lot more hungry and have started picking food whenever possible which on some days can be quite excessive, this is related to stopping smoking and not the quickmist.It will take will power along with the quickmist to manage the cigarette cravings.In time, I will start reducing the amount of times I use the quickmist and try to manage a lot longer without any nicotine replacement.I had up until starting the quickmist been paying out £75.00 + a week for hand rolling tobacco and now, I am spending the cost of one quickmist a week, which I think would last longer if I didn't increase the recommended amount which I do on a few occasions through out the day.Based on my experience with this product, I do highly recommend it especially if you are new to nicotine replacement, even if you are not, and have tried other nicotine replacements and not this, it really is worth trying.Thank you for reading this review if you got down this far.

I'm an ex-smoker (quit about 7 years ago) and used vapes to quit. I was getting through nearly a full disposable a day, which at £5 each is getting as expensive as smoking.I have some 1mg nicotine lozenges which help take the edge off when I can't vape, e.g. at work, on flights, but I didn't feel that they were enough to get me off vapes fully.This product has managed to do that. The flavour is actually very pleasant, a berry mediciney flavour, and the spray is super convenient. I was conscious that 1mg was a big hit at once compared to the smaller hits from a vape, so I tried to do a half dose of the spray.That didn't really work and I felt like I was craving nicotine a lot, so I upped it to a full spray which has helped tremendously. I find one spray every 90 minutes or so enough to keep the cravings at bay.Once I'm off vapes for about a month or so, I plan to ditch the spray and use patches to taper down my nicotine consumption. This product is obviously just as addictive as vapes, and the aim should be to eliminate nicotine fully. Wish me luck!

I tried the Nicorette QuickMist Cool Berry 1mg Spray to help quit smoking, but unfortunately, it didn’t work well for me. The spray gave me acid reflux in my chest and made my brain feel like it was spinning, which was very uncomfortable. As someone with IBS, I found these side effects particularly hard to manage.While the product might work for others, I would not recommend it to anyone with sensitive digestion or IBS. Before trying this spray, it’s important to consider how your body might react.

These are wonderful but highly addictive. I gave up vaping in January 2025, using these mouth sprays and I got some addicted I was using 2 units a week and spending £100-200 per month.Perfect for capers giving up just been mindful of you goal is to rid nicotine this could slow you down. I used the spray for 6 months and have finally kicked the spray habit in the last fortnight using Olbas oil to curb cravings! Good Luck and use with caution 👍

The taste is irritating to the throat.

I WAS a smoker for the last 12 years smoking about 15 a day and was chewing gutka for 20 years before that.I'm now 62 years old.I tried Nicotine Gum n Patches on and off for so many years, but they weren't of much help as Nicotine Cravings were strong.Family n friends pressure was intense on me to stop smoking.I also have Diabtes n BP.I had a very strong urge to stop smoking but wanted some better choice of product to help me in quitting.I did lot of research on this product on the net and saw many videos.The results were supposedly better than any other alternative.Witha strong determimation and thinking about the Benefits of quittinh smoking I purchased 2 pumps delivered on 30-08-2022.Used the product as described. Kept the pump in my pocket 24/7. Whenever I got Nicotine cravings, I used it somete 2,3 times each but not more than 6-7 times a day.Result. -My last cigarette I smoked was on 30-08-2022.Never smoked again.It really works if one is determined.It feels GREATTTT after quitting and I sleep better, eat better, happier and family is very happy on my quitting.I urge everyone to try this serously.Hope this helps atleast one person I'm quitting smoking.All the best.UPDATE 19.NOV.23Its been 15 monthe.Still off Smoking. Never felt the urge.
