Nutural World Smooth Pistachio Butter is made of 100% high quality Pistachios – and nothing else. We gently roast the Pistachios and grind them using stone grinders. That’s it.

This is by far the most pistachio-y butter I’ve ever tried. I love adding it to my porridge and yogurt (or to have it on its own). It makes everything better and I will be repurchasing.It’s rather thick, but it’s just the beauty of it being made purely from nuts and there’s something satisfying about it. I wish there was more of it in the jar, but you don’t need much to really lift the flavour of anything you add it to. Since it’s very thick it’s hard to spread it on things, but if you warm it up a little there should be no problem. This is by far my new fav nut butter.

The past year I have been trialling a number of nut butter products. The problem of this one is that pistachio shells (or other hard parts) were ground along with the pistachios resulting in small hard bits that can break your teeth!Avoid!Tastes much heavy than "lightly roasted", but that is a matter of personal choice.Very expensive, but can't say I have found much cheaper alternatives and for the size of the jar it's ok for a taster size.
