I've paired these with a Sony STRDN1080 amp and a Sony active sub-woofer, they produce a room filling sound that is rich in detail with a crisp high end and floor rumbling bass even without the sub-woofer. I've placed on a living room shelves at around seated head height and they deliver a wonderfully active listening experience, I've not suffered any resonance issues even with only the basic rubber feet they come with. Overall a fantastic addition to my home audio setup and great value for money.

The media could not be loaded. Bought these a week ago and heard the difference immediately, lovely high end detail and placement of instruments. You won’t need surround sound with these,(which I find tiring anyway) I was watching a scene from Breaking Bad set in the living room and could hear a clock ticking away, even tho there was no clock in sight. In another scene Pinkman kicks a garbage can and it clatters along the street and travels about 2 feet past my left speaker.Another scene I can’t remeber what exactly now but the sound was about 2 feet in front of my right speaker.Brilliant, and wonderful with music too.Massive step up from Monitor Audio 2 Bronze.(Not knocking the Audio 2 Bronzes btw,but these are 2x the price so should be a league higher).Get a pair you won’t regret it.

Some people say these speakers sound too ‘bright’ I say they sound perfect. Maybe on a massive room, they’d sound bright but in a medium size living room, they’re excellent. Very good range for the highs and surprisingly good bass. Just pair them up with a decent Amp and you’re good to go (I’m personally using a Denon AVR-X1600H).

5.0 out of 5 stars Good at the lower price.

I bought these about 3 months ago when Bolo reduced the price to £467. I literally couldn't believe the price and had to check with Bolo and Klipsch that it was legit, which it was. They sound good, way better than my Mission LX2s. Very transparent, airy, great with brass, cymbals, and pianos. I'm using a chord mojo, mainly Cds, some vinyl. Amps are a budget Reison A10 tube, or an Onkyo 9010, but I keep going back to the tube, as the Onkyo can sound a little bright with these speakers. However, I don't think they're worth the full asking price, so keep an eye on Bolo to see if they drop the price again.

These sound like much bigger speakers than they are.I upgraded from a pair of Q Acoustics 3020 (https://www.Bolo.co.uk/gp/product/B00TR7JK7Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc) with a sub and what an upgrade! There was no need to keep the sub, the bass is fast, punchy and all there. Bass heads mike like more window-rattling, but these suit me on their own.And the rest of the frequency range is just dazzling topped off with crisp clear highs. There is nothing missing.Due to aesthetics I haven't positioned the units properly - they are tucked in quite close to the corners of the room - but they are very forgiving, delivering a soundstage that has made me grin every time I have listened to them. When moving them further into the room for music nights the sound is gobsmacking.I have nothing bad to say about these speakers at all, they even look gorgeous.I listen to music from PC connected to an Onkyo A9010 (https://www.Bolo.co.uk/gp/product/B00SH2JSJW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) via a Topping D30 DSD DAC (https://www.Bolo.co.uk/gp/product/B06XCBYXFX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1).My room is 420cm (nice!) by 400cm.And no, Klipsch haven't paid me to write this review, I just love these speakers to bits.

5.0 out of 5 stars Everything that the reviewers say it is.

This is my first set of speakers and it's a really good place to start. Bolo's pricing was quite good I got it for under £500 which is almost impossible to find in the UK. There are many reviews around the Internet about this review so you don't need one from me. But I'll say that the base is enough for me compared to the rubbish TV speakers. Any more and it would annoy my neighbours and everyone in the house.

    Lautsprecher die absolut Spaß machen

    t. · 24 June 2020

Guten Morgen Jungs, holy sh't die Lautsprecher machen Spaß."Häh lol was meinste?"

Solid performing stereo speakers at a reasonable price.

    W.M. · 1 April 2025

I had my old speaker for almost 40 years and they finally wore out. These Klipsch speakers were a pretty close match in size any are pretty affordable. These speakers are a bit large for “bookshelf” but they should be on stands so they can be positioned in the room where they sound best. There is a port on the back and quite a bit of difference in the bass registers results from how close the speakers are to walls or hard objects. The included manual has basic tips for positioning. The front grilles are held on with magnets snd can be easily removed if desired. The grilles do not seem to affect the sound much, so either on or off is OK.The speakers arrived well protected with plastic wrap and styrofoam in a sturdy box. Setup is easy. I just had dropped attach the speakers to my existing amplifier. The binding posts on the speakers do not have banana jacks. The thumb screws tighten directly over the incoming wires. Jumpes may be removed to allow woofers and tweeters to be attached to separate amplifiers but that probably isn’t worth doing on compact speakers such as these.Sound quality is pretty good. There seems to be a little emphasis towards the bass end of then sound spectrum. I like to add about 2 dB of emphasis above 2.5 KHz on my preamp to get the sound I like. Changing room position might help, but I am limited for space where I can put the speakers. Over all, I would say the speakers are pretty neutral snd should be good for listening to most types of program material. The sensitivity of the speakers is good and they can be turned up to louder thsn needed with a small amplifier. I have them attached to an older Adcom GFA-555 which puts out more than 100 Watts/channel. It might be a good idea to use an in-line fuse holder with a 3.5 amp fast blow fuse in series with the speaker to help prevent damage to the tweeter in case the amp overloads, for example an input comes loose and picks up loud AC hum.Over all these are pretty solid performing well made speakers and a good value for the money. The speakers should last a long time as long as they are protected from overloads with would subject them to over 100 Watts. There is a newer generation of this model, but it costs more. This model still satisfactory.

    Give these speakers time...

    M.M. · 21 March 2021

At first they were good. With well recorded jazz records, and with rock, not to be sniffed at, as advertised widely, but felt I was waiting for something more with these speakers, and surely that is exactly what happened. Whether real or imagined one day that 'break-in' actually arrived, and they sounded so much better. The live, in the room sound was very much there. Looking forward to exploring more with these speakers. A tube amp is on the way.

Recomendo.

    Great entry level audiophile speakers

    M.S.R.F. · 1 November 2019

So after a lot of research I decided to go with the RP600m. They have some incredible reviews online and on Youtube and I'm a big fan of Klipsch's aesthetic.I have them on stands as the fronts in a 5.1 setup, but which I also use as stereo speakers for a turntable. They sound great!Clear, distinct treble without being too bright, full expansive mids that do wonders for vocals and pretty decent bass considering. In fact, you could probably skip a sub if your room size is small.Imaging if great aswell - with the setup in stereo it sounds like vocals are coming from my center speaker without it turned on. Lots of more details are apparent, but these really sing with treble heavy music like jazz. Snare hits and cymbal rolls sound amazingly accurate. The drum solo in Take 5 sounds like you're in the room with the drummer!Do your own research of course but at this price, these speakers are great value.Highly recommended
