Appears like the genuine thing. Very pleased. Leaves my skin feeling smooth and silky. I have very sensitive skin and this I can apply everywhere. Use it on my eyelids and lips as well. Have no wrinkles at all at the ripe age of 57.

Expected a strong scent from some of the reviews I read regarding Shea butter in its natural form, also expected it to be difficult to work with, however it melts in the hands and is as easy to apply as coconut oil, with a similar neutral nut oil scent. VERY emollient, can't say if it will help my skin as of yet but seems deeply moisturising and nourishing, especially over winter when you need to lock that moisture in!So far so good!

I am glad to say it does not smell. I previously tried unrefined shea butter from a hair shop and it had a bit of the natural smell which I don't like. This refined shea butter literally smells of nothing, not even a bit of a smell, NOTHING and it rubs in really well and locks in the moisture. The texture is great as it is. I have just taken a piece and rubbed between my fingers and then on my arm and it's just amazing. It's thick enough to leave your skin well moisturised for some of us Africans who love that and it doesn't leave you greasy at all. As for those who have had the grainy batches of butter I think it just goes with your luck as I have had similar before but this one is nice and smooth. No more buying CANTU, ABIDO and others people's creams that are so expensive. The Soapery is where it at for me! Try it.

I’m disappointed. This shea butter is refined, but that’s not clearly stated. Seeing “100% pure and natural,” I assumed it was raw, but it’s actually bleached and still has a strong smell, making it less effective for skincare.“Refined” should be made much more visible, and the phrase “100% natural” should be removed to avoid confusion. This kind of labeling misleads customers who are looking for an authentic, unprocessed product

Die Sheabutter ist gut zu verarbeiten und die Herstellung von Cremes und Seifen ist daher sehr einfach.Der Geruch ist fast neutral und unterscheidet sich daher sehr von unraffinierter Sheabutter. Wer also den Geruch von Sheabutter nicht so gern mag, ist hier gut beraten.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Definitive Kaufempfehlung.
