A good vitamin that covers most of the bases. A whole food based vitamin. My wife & daughter take the female version & really rare then so I thought that I would give them a try. A noticeable difference in energy after a few weeks of one tablet a day. A bit on the pricey side but highly recommend & will purchase again. Would be nice to get money off sometimes for multiple purchases

Felt increased energy after taking for the first time, less fatigue and more energy when I wake up in the morning, better than innessa multivitamin.Also the maca the maca is perfect, if they put a higher dose it would just turn into viagra

I have been taking these Multivits for some time now on and off, but the last batch cost £27.99but I notice they have been bumped up to £30.00 now, I am not against a fair price increase butcome on Terra Nova I know you have to make a profit but not at the consumers expense.
