Does what its meant to
Ive never used this product before so wasn't sure what to expect but figured since our flour over here isn't super high protein id see if that is why my sourdough weren't rising huge ,. . I gotta say this was the only change I made to my recipe and the dough was so much easier and smoother and extensible. Will be using it from now on.
Amazing quality
Bob's Red Mill is always a go-to-brand.Their coconut flour is very fine which makes it incorporate really well in any batter.It was well sealed and the bag can be resealed seamlessly. It stores very well if kept in a cool and dry place.I usually use it for low-carb or keto cooking since it does provide structure to the baked good.

Bakes just like gluten
To reduce internal fungi build up on my guts —graphic I know! Limiting gluten has become top priority so these became my life saver for my sweet tooth since they bake just like gluten—just have baking powder/soda around & voila banana bread- matcha bread any bread yum!
