It works beautifully. Is easy to clean, comes with a great cleaning brush. Is well manufactured and all edges and surfaces are finished to a high standard. The storage box is surprisingly good too. So pleased already with this product! Highly recommended if you have a KitchenAid mixer.

Having just received this item, for full disclosure I have yet to use this item, however, first impressions are that it is very heavy duty. I looked at the reviews prior to ordering (as with a purchase at this kind of money I wanted to know I was doing the right thing) and the first thing thing I noted on many of the one star reviews was that the metal item wasn't dishwasher proof and many had ruined it by putting it through a dishwasher.If you read the instructions it clearly says that these components are not dishwasher proof - in fact, the first thing I saw upon opening the box was a big white label stating 'metal components not dishwasher proof' written in 7 different languages. Sadly there is no cure for user error.Edit: So have now had this product for over a year and I'm happy to say it's still going strong. I've used it frequently for all sorts of jobs from making mincemeat for pie's, Scotch Eggs and Ravioli's to making sausages and chipolata's; I don't quite know how I ever got on without it. It's incredibly easy to use, dismantle and clean - it comes with a cleaning brush and yet, to date, I've not had to use it. The box it comes in is excellent in terms of being able to put things back where they came from for easy storage and to make sure nothing can get lost or damaged.I, personally, think it was worth every penny I paid for it and I would certainly recommend this product to any home cooks looking to branch out and try Charcuterie.

Its easy to fit to your kitchen Aid and you have to run it at full speed for best results. I use mine for making raw cat food and burger mince ( not at the same time ! ) Its easy to strip for cleaning. The only moan I do have is that you cant put the bits in the dishwasher. It comes with one blade and 3 sizes of mincer plates.

Para el que ya disponga de un robot KitchenAid es un complemento ideal. Me he decantado por este accesorio picadora por ser de metal porque aunque hay otros accesorios picadora de plástico para estos robots, prefiero la calidad y fiabilidad de un accesorio metálico.Además, tiene más discos picadores que las otras y viene en una caja muy adecuada para colocarlo todo.Respecto al funcionamiento estoy completamente satisfecho. Mi mujer ha preparado carne picada para hacer un pastel de carne que ha quedado perfecto de textura. Es fácil de lavar porque se desmontan en un momento todos los componentes y tiene un cepillo para dejarlo todo impecable.Como único pero, el precio pero ya es sabido que la calidad no es casi nunca barata.

Toutes les parties de ce hachoir à viande sont dans une boîte de rangement bien approvisionnée. 👍 Elle comprend le hachoir, 2 tube à saucisses, 3 disques de tailles différentes pour hacher, une brosse de nettoyage et un poussoir.Le hachoir est très robuste et pèse plus d'un kilogramme, il semble très stable. Il se fixe facilement au Kitchenaid et rien ne se branle lorsqu'il est utilisé. Malgré cette fixation, la machine a un support stable. Le nettoyage à la main très facile grâce à la brosse incluse. 👍Pour faire les purée de fruits ou de baies ou pour faire une confiture, l'idéal est d'utiliser le plus petit disque. Il est nécessaire de d'abord bouillir.Il est important que vous coupez la viande (froide !) , les légumes ou les fruits coupés en morceaux,avec une taille appropriée et ne pas appuyer trop étroitement avec la farce. Il suffit de laisser faire la machine, de la remplir et de pousser doucement avec le poussoir. Jusqu'à présent, j'ai tout fait au niveau 4. Rien ne vaut les bons hamburgers MAISON, vous pouvez y ajouter ail, oignons, persil, .... à votre goût et le tout directement dans ce hachoir !J'en suis très suis satisfaite 😁
