Please read if thinking of buying.I used the vibration masage before but it wasnt much this one was just what i needed, i operate tower cranes daily and my back is suffering from it but this back massage cushion is perfect it revived my back it has the right intensity as well, both me and my wife we love it. Ive seen some bad reviews here about it but thouse ppl must have been made out of paper or realy obese and must have put a lot of pressure on the masage rollers as they were complaining of sour back and such. None of that here. If you drive a lorry, crane, forklift or have back pain that you need to crack it and pop it all the time this is briliant. If its to intense just dont lean so hard onto it or add a blanky on top. For me it was perfect as it was i used if for an hour with no problems the manual says to use it for 15 minutes but each to its own needs. My back was fully revived after this compared to my usuall routine of getting home and trying to make my back crack or pop to get the pain away and laying down on the floor. I used mine on a pc/office chair and used a pillow at the base of the back cussion to raise it to get some massage session for my neck as well. The range it moves up and down is just right for myself 1.70m tall as it gets down to the lower back at the kidneys and up to the nape of my neck. As i said i used vibrating ones but all they did was numb the pain for a few minutes that is all, this one actually massages your back as it should be. Worth the price. Downside i wouldnt use it in the crane as it is a bit bigger or in car as if u put to much pressure it could hurt because when u are driving a car/machine your concentration is elswere and wont notice that you are putin high presure and you could end with a sour back but at home after work or when you have some free time is perfect !! Great product from Snailax !!! Definetly recomend!!

This is an amazing piece of equipment.I have had similar products before but they have never done anything like this massager does.It seems to be very well made and its massage effects are great.At first it took a little getting used to but the results are amazing.I will recommend you trying for yourself but do like I did and allow yourself to get used to it and enjoy the experience.

It's my first massager of this type so I don't have anything to compare it to but I enjoy it a lot. Helped me loosen up painful knots which didn't want to go away for over a month before. It's comfortable, the two massaging circles which go up and down around the spine are firm but not too painful. I like the seat vibration option too. Unfortunately, the back matt doesn't cover my entire spine and I'm not very tall (5'46). This is workable though, I do my first 15 minutes on the massager as is and then sit on some pillows to make it go lower or slide down to make it reach higher.The heat option is nice, but it takes at least 20minutes of massage to heat up and do not expect a lot of heat. It definitely helps loosen muscles up though during a long massage. The remote is easy to use, however it gives you only 5,10 and 15minute timer and it goes on automatically to full back when you switch it on rather that allowing you to choose your option. You need to change it while it's already working. It's not really a problem though, I turn it on, then change to options I want and after 15min when it goes off I do this again.I suffer for back pains brought by poor posture and long hours of daily desk work. I use back brace in front of my desk through the day and use this massager after work and this seems to help greatly. I would recommend the product to anyone who struggles with stiff back muscles and pain. It helps and the price seems reasonable for what it is.

My husband suffers from a bad back and since receiving this item has spends 15 minutes every day uisng it and it has proved excellent for improving the pain. It has a variety of settings which means that the manipulation is where it is needed at the time. Adding heat is lovely as it helps the massage to penetrate into the muscles in more depth. It sits perfectly on one of our dining chairs and looks first rate

It does work quite well however I feel the massaging knobs should have been made from rubber rather than hard plastic. If you lean on it too heavily it can be a bit bruising.After a couple of days it started jolting and making a loud banging sound. Rather than go through all the aggro of returning it during the current lock down I decided to take a look inside. I unzipped the outer "leather" casing and removed the innards to find that a wire had come off at the top. The wire is attached to a metal plate which touches a spring and sends the mechanism into reverse when it reaches the top. I simply plugged it back on and used a bit of tape to prevent it from happening again.It was a simple fix (although it was a bit of a mission trying to get the cover back on) but shouldn't be necessary. It's an obvious design flaw with the wire and plate simply sitting in a loose slot, and easy to fall out.The vibrating pads are similarly uncomfortable to sit on. I think a softer, more rounded casing should have been used.Also, as some others have mentioned, it's not particularly tall. Being 6ft, I could do with another 9 inches or so in the length of the back rest.It's worth noting that the transformer has a 2 pin "shaving" plug on it, so you either need to buy an adapter, or find a suitable 12v/2a transformer. Being into electronics I just happened to have one to hand. But I wouldn't recommend using a different transformer unless you know what you're doing!One other little issue (nothing to do with the product) but when it was delivered to my business address at 9pm, and the offices were closed, the delivery driver threw it over an 8ft brick wall. It rained all night and when I found it the next day, the box was smashed and soaking wet, and was covered in snails. Luckily the machine was inside another box and survived OK.Overall I reasonably happy with it but there are some design and quality issues. I'll probably spend a bit more next time and get a better one though.

Questa seduta massaggiante è arrivata in un paio di giorni in una scatola di cartone robusto, perfettamente imbustata. All'interno c'è la seduta e il libretto d'istruzioni oltre ad un biglietto da visita che non dovete perdere: vi servirà per attivare l'assicurazione di 24 mesi per il vostro prodotto.Dunque, la seduta non è da montare in nessuna sua parte, vi basterà sistemarla su di una poltrona di vostra scelta, allacciarla con la sua cintura elastica con il velcro e mettervi comodi. Il telecomando è molto intuitivo. C'è il pulsante d'accensione (in basso), poi troverete quello per la posizione del massaggio: tutta la schiena, parte dorsale o parte lombare. Ci sono anche due tasti con freccette up e down per selezionare il punto esatto dove volete essere massaggiati. Avrete anche il tasto per impostare la vibrazione del sedile (intensità 1, 2, e 3), quello per il riscaldamento del sedile e infine il tasto per la durata del massaggio (5, 10 e 15 minuti). C'è anche il tasto DEMO, quello per il massaggio dimostrativo. Io ho grossi problemi di sciatica e sono una persona imponente come stazza ma questo sedile mi fa stare comodo e allevia i miei dolori in modo assolutamente piacevole! Considerando che adesso fa freddo e in casa mia tengo una temperatura piuttosto bassa e quindi indosso indumenti a strati e pesanti, il massaggio si sente comunque spingere attraverso il tessuto. E' una spesa che consiglio a chiunque abbia dolore e anche a chi voglia semplicemente godersi un po' di relax durante la giornata.

I never really write reviews.. but this time I would like to. I have always been very tense, and am prone to bad back pains. Every evening I sit down on the massager chair, close my eyes and relax. After 15 minutes the tension dissipates, when I get up I just feel the difference. I'm so grateful to have found this product. It has helped me. It is a high quality product, high quality fabrics and for a very good price too. I also like that it's easy to put away when not in use. I have a very small apartment and I can just fold it up and easily slide it under my bed. The adjustable elastic band for around the back rest of my desk chair is also brilliant, it stays in place when I sit down. I'm very happy with this purchase. Would absolutely recommend!

Moi qui ai souvent mal au dos vu les postures et le travail que je fais, le fait de l'avoir acheté et essayé me fait déjà le plus grand bien.Bien utilisé, il masse du bas du dos jusqu'aux omoplates (je suis grand...) puis redescend.On peut activer la fonction chaleur, qui sort du coup par les boules de massage.Pour moi il ne fait pas mal au dos ou alors c'est parce que moi je suis complètement contracté.On peut l'utiliser avec la housse par devant pour un massage doux, ou alors retirer vers l'arrière la housse pour avoir un massage presque en direct avec les boules donc plus ferme.Il y a une fonction vibration, qui celles-ci sortent dans l'assise.Ca fait vibrer les cuisses et fessier, un peu comme les capteurs et l'appareil électrique chez le kiné.Je ressens jusqu'aux genoux moi qui ai souvent mal aux genoux, comme si ça faisait la circulation.Je viens de le recevoir et déjà testé, à voir dans le temps pour la résistance, mais je suis conquis !Je recommande vivement !
