This really is the single best purchase I have ever made.I've had to give a neutral rating for "remote control" as honestly I don't know if it even came with one.What I do know is that I took it out of the box, plugged it in, sat down and put my feet in it, and now I have no plans to leave the house for nonessential reasons ever ​again.Best foot massage I've ever had. Really eased the plantar pain and is just pure joy it you suffer from tension, swelling or tired feet, or circulation problems.Super easy to use. Impressive product. Quiet enough not to bother my partner while we're watching a film together though the air compression part of the cycle does make a funny little farting noise.My feet are still being massaged right now by this product while I'm writing this review. I dare anyone to turn it off.

I would like to update my review on a positive note!1. It does heat up after quite a while if you put the air pressure to setting 3.2. Oh my god, I've had it over a week, maybe two. I used it every week day, for an hour or more as trying to save my feet from getting worse.The last few days, I've been able to get out of bed in middle of night without any pain, compared to being almost unable to walk from pain. This has been like this for a year or more. Being at work , my feet have stopped aching by lunch time and begging me to sit down. When I stand up, the pain that I would always feel, and with every step, has gone. This has encouraged me to start doing the physio, tip toes X 20 for each foot, and stretching the fascia. So, actually, this machine is a saviour for me. I've been in so much pain and the physio wouldn't work before. I use it for an hour while I eat my tea after work or watch TV. I'm standing up all day and I use acis soft stability trainers.3. Compression socks have added to the healing, they are cheap, so I highly recommend buying some and using every day. There's some nice short black patterned ones on Bolo.----------------I spent hours going through loads of reviews on several foot massagers. It was hard work and I was scared to waste £100 odd pounds. So I'll share an honest review from someone who does not review free products and would never leave a fake review.It's only arrived this evening but I threw my bags on the floor and plugged it in straight away. With settings on medium I can feel a kind of massage pain, caused by unsupple and stressed muscles/tendons. I have fasciaitis (can't spell it). So the massage pain not too bad and I know it will ease with time. Needless to say this is doing a very thorough massage. You can push and angle your feet to get the attention a little more or less in certain areas. The air pressure is really great, it really squeezes your feet and I can only go to medium setting to start with. But it's not sore in a cheap machine kind of way. It really has a lot of movements and direction that are perfect for heels, sole and toes.I've just watched couple hours of tv and let it do it's thing. The instructions say the heat takes 7-10 minutes for safety reasons.So this is why it loses a star.i knew from the reviews, the heat would not be good. But I don't need heat, it's not that great for a message tbh. I can feel the heat if I put my finger deep down and it's in a tiny spot and barely there. It says you have to face the air pressure on, so it is. The heat is negligible. I say YES, buy this product. Expect a very good deep massage on all areas if you are size 8 or under - I think larger feet will enjoy it but I can't say for sure as I'm size 6.5. Im using low pressure massage, but I put thick socks on and it feels even more pressure. So when my feet are used to it I can take socks off and increase pressure. So bigger feet might enjoy more pressure to start with. Not sure if a really big foot might miss some of the rollers but best try it and return it if so. I really think this is great. I think reviewers should include their shoe size because something is making the reviews polar opposites. Might be important.

This item is great. The three settings for kneading, Air intensity and heating are really effective. This makes it suitable for all the family to use but BEWARE of the High Air Intensity setting- it is REALLY STRONG, even painful and definitely for the faint hearted. Foot socks are easily zipped on and on for cleaning. It’s a fat system and you can hear it working but that too is quite therapeutic. The lead could do with being longer is probably my only niggle but apart from that I would definitely recommend this product to enable you to feel your feet again!

This foot massager is great, can change the strength, time and can heat up. After long shift of work, it can be your the best friend. Every time after massage, i can have a good sleep.

Really wanted to love this product. Was getting foot aches while pregnant so thought this would help - it did for a bit and I like the different settings. But then it suddenly stopped working and it’s no longer under warranty. Don’t think I got enough uses out of it to say I got my money’s worth

🌟🌟🌟 Decent, but Could Be BetterThe REN 4 Foot Massager is decent and does the job, but it could be improved. While it provides good relaxation, it lacks personalized settings that would make the experience much better. It feels a bit too generic at times, and more customization options would make it far more effective. It’s not bad, but it falls short of expectations for the price.

After a really bad fall which seriously damaged my ankle resulting it being fused I have suffered with it for years, developing plantar fasciitis in both feet, which I have been suffering with for years. It was becoming so painful that I struggled to put my feet on the floor and after sitting for a period of time would get up and walk like a penguin, in a lot of discomfort. At my wits end and desperate for some relief I purchased this item £110 approx but thought it was worth a try.Well to say that I am transformed is an understatement. I have used it for 15mins twice a day for three weeks. To start with on low settings which I have to say was very uncomfortable on my heels but determined to stick at it, three weeks later I use it on medium with no pain. Plantar fasciitis has 90% gone, I have more movement in my feet and toes. I get up of the sofa and walk without the worry of pain with every step. I cannot comment on the durability of the unit as I have only had it for a short time, but it’s easy to use (no remote but to be honest you don’t need one). It’s not small but is relatively light for size.If you suffer like I have over a number of years give it a try, I was sceptical but pleasantly surprised, well worth the outlay. Hope this helps.

This machine feels great, the build quality seems very well and it has good vibration and heat levels. I love that the design is very simple but effective it doesn’t get too confusing with the buttons. My mom loves to use it after a long day at work.

The day my massager arrived, I used it and was blown away by the strength of the massage. For my poor, planter faciitus-riddled feet, it was magical, sweet relief!So imagine my absolute horror when I plugged it in the following day (Saturday) and it failed to switch on. So I sent Renpho a message via Bolo for help. Their automated weekend response said they only operate Mon-Fri, so I waited for Monday evening (accounting for the time difference). They were apologetic and requested an explanation of the fault and a video to illustrate it which I sent off straight away. I received my replacement massager (sent via Bolo) within the week. I am SO impressed by Renpho's customer service. I accept that things go wrong with technology - sometimes dud machines come out of the factory or get inadvertently damaged in transit. Renpho handled the problem like complete pros and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their products.As to the actual foot massager....The heat is gradual, which suits me as it's summer and my feet are hot anyway. I now turn the heat off. But I am looking forward to having that warmth in winter.There is a 15 minute and 30 minute cycle. Initially the 15 minutes was plenty even on low settings. This massager is strong and it takes a little getting used to. But I've gradually moved through the settings and on to the longer 30 minute cycle which is wonderful after a long day on my feet.The controls are easy to use and understand. If the massage is too strong or too warm, you can easily change the settings mid-massage.A huge thank-you to Renpho for replacing the problem machine with such speed and professionalism.

Servizio di Bolo eccellente come sempre. L'imballo è ben fatto e trasmette una sensazione di qualità, si capisce subito che non ci si trova davanti ad un giocattolo. All'interno troverete semplicemente il prodotto, l'alimentatore ed il foglio di istruzioni, non serve altro. Il massaggiatore è solido, ben fatto e curato esteticamente. I comandi sono intuitivi ed a sfioramento. L'opzione selezionata resta illuminata in rosso. Ben curata anche la fodera lavabile che avvolge il piede durante il massaggio, si può rimuovere semplicemente tramite una cerniera. Sono selezionabili due durate del massaggio, 15 oppure 30 minuti. Si può attivare la funzione di riscaldamento, che funziona bene ma forse è più piacevole da utilizzare durante l'inverno. Gli altri due comandi riguardano l'intensità del massaggio e l'intensità con cui i cuscinetti d'aria avvolgono e stringono il piede durante il massaggio, la combinazione delle azioni dei cuscinetti d'aria e dei rulli che massaggiando la pianta è davvero ben fatta. Il massaggio è piacevole e mai doloroso, anche impostando tutti sul livello più forte. All'interno è presente un piccolo compressore, se ne avverte chiaramente il rumore durante l'utilizzo ma non risulta essere invadente. Certamente un po' di spazio lo occupa, tutto meritato però. Avevo provato altri massaggiatori ma questo è davvero di un livello superiore. Naturalmente essendo la posizione dei rulli fissa si potrebbero avere sensazioni diverse a seoncda della lunghezza del piede, magari se avete un 36 riceverete un massaggio anche alle dita dei piedi, se avete un 46 le dita resteranno non coinvolte dai rulli. Vale tutti i soldi che costa, straconsigliato!
