These have made a huge difference to my mood. I have used SSRIs on and off over the years and decided to try these and I am so very glad I did. Within a few weeks i felt my mood start to stabilise in the same way it would do with an SSRI. Once i felt stable i reduced to one capsule once a day as maintenance and have been coping very well even with the distress caused by the pandemic and losing my mother.I would strongly recommend these for anyone who needs a bit of mood stabilisation (after speaking to your doc of course).

Je connais bien les produits de Vegavero et celui-ci fait partie des plus intéressants.Comparé à d'autres marques je trouve que celui de Vegavero est un des plus efficaces tout en étant un des moins cher du marché.Après quelques jours d'utilisation on se sent mieux, moins stressé et je m’endors plus facilement le soir quand je vais me coucher. Hyperactif diagnostiqué cliniquement, ce complément alimentaire est vraiment un bon choix pour ceux qui se sentent trop stressés, ou qui ont le cerveau qui tourne a chaque instant à 1000 km à l’heure.

Oggi è una settimana che lo prendo. Due capsule al giorno come da indicazioni. Non so di preciso come agisca , ma sicuramente funziona. Almeno su di me. In generale sono più calmo , meno ansioso, più motivato , più positivo. Ho un grande self control che avevo perso, fiducia in me stesso. Rido , canto , se sento una musica attacco a ballare. Sono a tratti incontenibile dall energia che mi viene con queste capsule. È ancora presto per valutare bene la cosa ma di certo funzionano e non può assolutamente trattarsi di un effetto placebo. Sono mesi e mesi che mi sento ansioso e anche depresso. Ho provato di tutto per non prendere farmaci. Alimentazione, sport.. a nulla sono serviti.Allora ho deciso di provare con qualcosa di naturale che non avessi mai provato, perché da buon ansioso depresso , gli integratori li ho provati praticamente tutti. Da quando assumo lo zafferano mi sento rinato e anche se sono solo 7 giorni l effetto è assolutamente evidente, me ne accorgo io , ma soprattutto gli altri. Spero che continuandolo a prendere la cosa migliori ancora e che non smetta di darmi questo effetto benefico. Mi domando davvero perché gli psichiatri continuino a prescrivere quelle porcherie degli antidepressivi che creano dipendenza e danno un' infinità di effetti collaterali, se con un semplice integratore come questo si ottengono risultati così evidenti. Ci tengo a precisare che da quando lo assumo , non ho ho avuto alcun effetto collaterale, neanche minimo. In passato ho assunto paroxetina e venlafaxina sempre per brevi periodi. Sono anche io incredulo degli effetti dello zafferano e non scrivo mai recensioni, ma in questo caso non potevo mancare. Spero di essere di aiuto a qualcuno che come me è indeciso se provare o meno. Se vi sentite depressi ansiosi stressati, provatelo. Non siamo tutti uguali è vero ma se ha agito su di me in questo modo , sono certo che a voi anche qualcosa dovrà pur fare. Non lo avrei mai detto davvero..

Vegavero non si smentisce mai, il prodotto è davvero ottimo e si sente. Preso per riequilibrare l'umore a causa di fattori ormonali, e fa decisamente il suo. Oltre a riequilibrare, dà un senso di rilassatezza a livello corporeo-muscolare che rientra tra le proprietà dello zafferano. Da fare attenzione se si stanno prendendo altri integratori che agiscono direttamente o indirettamente sulla dopamina e serotonina, e anche sulla modulazione ormonale, in quanto gli effetti si possono sommare o interferire tra di loro. In tal caso è bene rivolgersi a un naturopata, o un medico esperto in fitoterapia. Nel complesso prodotto ottimo.
