Looked at a lot of choppers and this seemed a good buy. So far it's been great. Solid build easy to clean and assemble and chops the nuts perfectly. The blade is very sharp, top is easy to fit and remove and it's quite small footprint to easy to stash away. I'm still finding the best amout of nuts to put in to get the right sized pieces - too many and the bottom half of the chop is dust with the top still whole nuts. Too little and it takes forever to chop a full bag of nuts. There are two speeds, fast destroys the nuts slow is about right. Still learning but overall it's a good purchase from a good manufacturer. Recommended, yep - love it.

I've had my KitchenAid mini food processor for about a month now, it's brilliant and makes short work of many kitchen jobs. First of all, it looks nice and it's a sturdy piece of kit, not like those cheap white plastic ones. Simple to set up and very quick and easy to clean. It's not one of those gadgets that you can't be bothered to use because it takes longer to clean.I use it for chopping onions (add garlic, chilli's, herbs). You can get a rough chop right down to a puree, depending how long you whizz it for. I've also used it for breadcrumbs, it makes short work of a puree of cashew nuts and fresh tomatoes (my base for an authentic Indian butter chicken recipe). Garlic, shallots are a breeze. I made a pea puree which was great. Also add any cheese to a bit of greek yoghurt and give it a whizz for a great cheese dip or pizza base (gorgonzola is great one to do). I've yet to try making sauces, but intend to make mayonnaise and bernaise sauce with this too. Best thing I've bought in a long time. Highly recommended if you like to cook.

This is a well made product as you would expect from this company and in this price range. It works very well at fine chopping and is way more powerful than my last unit. The unit is very stable and is reasonable quiet for its power and for what it does. That said, whilst I am pleased with the overall performance I do think that the lid locking system feels flimsy and takes a little getting used to, I would have preferred a more solid feeling switch mechanism. That said I am happy to use it albeit when it wears out I will probably look for something else with a more positive lock.

The mini chopper is small neat and handles a reasonable amount in an easy to use and efficient manner. Have used this for chopping and making houmos etc.

It would be nice if your instructions were clearer on how to open and use the product or did you forget to put them in customer service wasn't much help .

This broke the second time I used it. No help or assistance from the seller or from kitchen. There's no offer of repair service or spare parts or return and definitely no offer of refund.
