Despite some of the reviews, I went with this rope because it looked quite big and robust in the pictures. When it arrived, I was confused at some of the not so great reviews - some stated this was more suited to the small dog - I'm not sure where they were looking because it's huge - it's longer than my dog! My honest opinion is this would by far suit dogs up to large breeds - it's very heavy and tightly wound (watch your legs while it's being thrashed about!!) . Despite having this for a couple of weeks, and playing with it none stop with it, there is no damage including any fraying or rips in the material. Safe to say, the pooch is well chuffed!

I've had this rope for almost a month now, when I opened it I was a little skeptical, it didn't look any sturdier than other dog ropes. Boy was I wrong. I have a very persistent chewer, who also plays tug with people and another dog, and this rope has held up very well. Usually a rope of this size would have been in pieces within the day, no longer than a week. There is fraying to it now but not gotten all the way through, no nasty odours yet like many dogs toys get after a few days of play, I'm confident it would handle a wash well too when the time comes. He will most definitely get through it in the next month or so, but for the price and the replacement guarantee it's definitely worth it

I bought these for my local Dogs Trust. Christmas is coming and I stock up with gifts for the dogs. The selection of rope toys are strong and suitable for all sizes of dogs. They were good value and I hope the dogs like them.

Our Ridgeback loves playing tug o’ war and chewing on rope toys. We’ve known him to demolish some such toys in a matter of days but this one has lasted six months thus far and is still useable, albeit now with a fair bit of wear and tear. This is probably one of the longest lasting rope toys he’s had. I’d buy the same again.

Wondering if I have been sent the wrong item because the reviews don’t match the item I bought.The rope wasn’t massive or strong and my dog destroyed it within 5 minutes.There are much bigger, thicker ropes for sale and not as expensive as this one.Would not recommend nor purchase again.

Cordes indiquées pour molosse ... Mon chiot de 6 mois, un bouvier entlebuch, a presque coupé en deux une des cordes en 2 heures environ.

Al menos es lo que más les gusta a mis perros, jugar a tirar de la cuerda. Un producto grueso, con aspecto de durabilidad, calidad y resistencia. Nada que ver con las «cuerdecitas» que se encuentran por ahí y solo sirven para perros enanos.
