I've purchased this many times before and it's always been great. It's the only lotion that keep the skin moisturised all day. However.. This arrived in a new cheap style bottle and even the dispenser is smaller. The product itself has changed. It's no longer a luscious lotion with same fragrance and longevity. It applies differently and doesn't spread across the skin like it used to. I apply it at night after a shower and by the time the morning comes I have dry skin patches. It's like the product is watered down.. Before it would last 24 hrs. I'm finding this more and more with toiletries from here. Last month purchased aftershave and have the same issue. Longevity wears off faster than same item purchased elsewhere..

I have sores all over my legs, elbows, and hands..the first time I tried this I honestly couldn't believe how soft my skin was..I couldn't stop touching my legs, arms..I do reapply more often with my legs as they are very dry but I can and feel the difference and that's just after 1 day..so obviously I have just bought more..I have tried so many different moisturisers I could almost own my beauty shop.. they work for a little while but then nothing..so I'm hoping this product will continue..I probably shouldn't be surprised coz it is Nivea..Thank you Nivea..keep up the good work..I am so impressed with this that I have now changed ALL my skincare products to Nivea ❤️👏

This suprisingly does a great job relieving my eczema condition.Much cheaper than those derma lotions. I also use it on my face with no problems.It really absorbed by my skin. Not sticky or too oily, just feels very moisturised.

Seals were already broken

Seals were already broken upon arrival. The items were loosely placed in the Bolo padded envelope, but one bottle was quite battered on the bottom. Not sure if its during delivery or prior. Previous experience with the product is good; absorbs very well without the oily feeling. Not sure if the broken seals meant anything.Product was manufactured in May 2021, ordered in Dec 2021, so product age is decent.
