I have used this for 1 week and it's the first time I have been able to chew on my RHS. This product works!It's think and as comfortable as any night guard. I have previously had a dentist made one and I would say this is thinker and more comfortableAround moulding: yes it's difficult and not straight forward BUT you are paying 10% of a dentist moulded one, so please remember this. My advice is get the front teeth sorted first, then just dip one side in the hot water and do that side and then do the other side. I do this same technique for my martial arts gum shields and withing a few attempts I was sorted!IMO if you have grinding issues or gum issues this is well worth itMy only negative is that it does not come with a case.

Absolutely awful product, would not recommend this to anyone, the mouth guard gets really hard when moulded so uncomfortable to wear, you only get one piece in the packet, unlike other similar products that give you one for top and bottom teeth, won't be using this product as it was too hard and hurts my mouth, wouldn't even give it one star, awful product for the price.

Went for this thinner guard as one I had was too thick in mouth This certainly is thinner so more comfortable to wear. The first time I moulded it was such a tight fit I thought it would never come off without teeth coming out too. But as it has breath holes you can get water and air into it and gradually ease away. Although they say designed for top teeth I have now decided to mould for bottom teeth which for me fits better and is easier to keep in place through the night

I remolded 5 times and it still fits poorly and falls out. Glad it works for the majority but it's not as simple to fit as the positive reviews and adverts make it out to be.

This is a life changing life saver. Ive been clenching my Jaw at night and every morning my jaw aches deeply, my teeth hurt really bad and i have general face aching headaches too that last all day from it. So the night time effects last all day and thus the miserable cycle continues..I love this guard. It took a few times to get a comfortable fit and i really enjoyed the process as its quite fascinating to watch it go all soft and flat and then cool and mould hard. Its like magic! Its great how you can try again until it fits perfectly. Anyway its comfortable at night. Its taken several nights to get used to and now it doesnt feel weird anymore sleeping with something in my mouth. Its the first time in a long time waking up without pain. Quite remarkable because i forgot what it was like to wake up without all the horrible pains and discomforts of jaw clenching. I clean it with toothpaste and my toothbrush each morning. I'd recomended this to anyone who suffers with clenching at night. I found this amazing night guard and knew it was going to be good from all the reviews I've read.. Now I've added my review . Thank you to the inventors of this! Buy it you wont regret it when you wake up without pain and discomfort. Worth every penny.

Was determined not to have to buy a dentist-made guard again as they're around £250 but unfortunately, despite this being considered the best do-it-at-home tooth guard, it absolutely won't do. After 9 goes trying to mould it to my teeth I've had to give up. It either doesn't cover my teeth at the back, or the back plastic sticks up/out into my tongue, or it's too loose, or it's too tight over my front teeth. It's also a solid plastic which I can't imagine is gunna feel good from a grinding perspective; dentist ones are almost soft/rubbery so the teeth aren't gunna get further damaged by the plastic. I can't imagine grinding on this product doing my teeth any good at all

Se adapta muy fácilmente, no molesta… por solo 30€…Mí dentista me dijo : tenemos que fabricar tu férula, a medidas, te costará 300€ y después 3 visitas a 60€… 480€ un trozo de plástico… es una broma ?Pues, este producto tiene todo lo que necesito, luchar contra el bruxismo por la noche.
Great fit and comfortable.
I have tried many mouth guards in the last few years. Usually the softer, silicone style. While some are good, most are not. I was a bit hesitant to try this one but I was happily surprised. The moulding is one of the easiest I have done. The mouth guard fits quite snuggly and doesn’t move. It is a hard guard so if that’s not for you then try something else. I wake up with no pain from clenching my jaw. I recommend this guard and would definitely purchase again.

L’ho trovato ottimo, non difficile da modellare ci vuole solo un attimo di pazienza finché si indurisce prendendo la forma della bocca e consiglio di cercare con tutte le dita delle mani di premere il contorno esterno e interno sembra un’acrobazia ma ci se la fa! Fissatelo con le dita ben stretto e fermi immobili per qualche minuto. La prima volta ho preso correttamente la forma dei denti davanti mentre sui molari c’era qualcosa che non andava, ho messo in acqua calda solo la parte sbagliata così è stato più facile rifare il tutto perché a quel punto avevo una parte giusta e una più piccola da rifare.Ottimo comfort è davvero sottile e leggero!

Great fit and comfortable.
I have tried many mouth guards in the last few years. Usually the softer, silicone style. While some are good, most are not. I was a bit hesitant to try this one but I was happily surprised. The moulding is one of the easiest I have done. The mouth guard fits quite snuggly and doesn’t move. It is a hard guard so if that’s not for you then try something else. I wake up with no pain from clenching my jaw. I recommend this guard and would definitely purchase again.
