I have had this covering a doorway for about six weeks now. Longer than expected due to building delay but no problem so far and looks like it will last the distance. I used all the tape supplied to fix it in place and some more of my own but it has remained well stuck. The plastic and zipper are sturdy but the adhesive tabs that should hold the flap in open position are not up to the job. Minor issue. Perfect for the job of keeping dust and drafts out. Great value item.

Ha ha, finally I unearthed the perfect merchandise to keep my home smelling fresh despite dwelling with a chain smoker.There's no more terrible stale ashtray odour saturating the house.The masking tape that comes with it is as weak as...I used duct tape for a more sturdy finish, of course, the paint will be ripped off the wall by duct tape but I reckon it's worth the fresh air.I'm now shopping for bricks and mortar to complete the undertaking properly.

This is a very effective cover and if installed correctly keeps dust and debris within the work space and leaves the rest of your home dust free. Used in bathroom renovation where all tile and plaster were removed and stripped back to the brick. Seller does not specify the size of the opening which is 1.8m x 0.6m. If possible would recommend using duct tape to fix to the floor and the masking tape provided for door frame.

The plastic used is a good thickness, thicker than others I use. The single u shape zipper is a good feature too, saves time and a free hand. There are two squares of sticky back Velcro provided to roll the door up and hold it in place, these just arnt sticky enough and do fall off. The stitching between the plastic and zipper is a major weakness, easily ripped through, however this is a downside on all of these types of products. Also, unless you've got the perfect opening with about 300mm wall space all around, the masking tape provided is pointless. It would of been better to include a decent double sided tape instead.

it does work but i didn't find it really easy to put up as i was also tired when applying seems large in size for an internal door i also bought extra grilla tape as i have renovations in kitchen and lower part the other side lounge so far it does seem kept the odour from entering so i guess its def keeping dust out & its still up so another two weeks to go like this

I was quite sceptical at first about how effective these dust sheets would be but their quality absolutely astonished me. We are doing a very extensive home improvement project (quite a bit of knocking down walls, removing bathroom tiles, etc.) where a large part of the house is affected.The rooms which I closed off with these dust sheets/gates did not get a single bit of dust. This is probably the best way to dust proof a room while renovating. Wholeheartedly recommended product!

We purchased this product as a dust barrier for a current renovation. My husband decided not to even "mess with" the double-sided tape. He bought inexpensive furring strips and attached the "zippered door" to the cased opening of the room we are renovating. The plastic is heavy gauge and the zipper is very good quality. It had provided us with the best dust barrier we could ever ask for while allowing us easy access in and out of the "work zone." We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product!

Fits the door/ not enough tape

Lucky I found this before demolishing the bathroom for a remodel. It works pretty well, BUT comes with a SMALL roll of tape to hang with. Tape quickly ran out before I was finished hanging it and I used painters tape to finish. Painting tape is useless for this. I used a ton of it. Kept coming off the wall. Otherwise good product but needs more / wider roll of tape with it.

Have used 4Of these. Have been in place for over 2Months. Used some stronger tape ton put up.Apart from the tape provided. The ones that are used the most have appropriate wear & tear. Patched them up. With some duct tape & staples. Value for money. Would use again.
