This is an awesome piece of kit, but one small grip, that nearly had me sending it back. Panasonic have for some unknown reason put the shortest speaker cable ever on the speakers. The problem is, if you have the speakers that close together it's just a load noise with no depth or clarity. So I extended the speaker cable, so the speakers are now about 8ft apart, and wow the sound is amazing, the clarity and the bass and the power, it's very loud. I'm definitely keeping it!The best way to extend the speaker cable, is to cut and join about a foot and a half from the plug.The internal memory allows you to record in high speed from cd or usb drive. You can also record from the radio. It also has bluetooth which means you can connect devices such as your phone, tablet or pc, which means you can play iTunes or YouTube through the system. It also features a DJ function which allows you to blend songs together using various effects. A geat purchase and I highly recommend, five stars from me *****

Absolute diamond of a system can't knock it I worried to put the volume up due to the neighbours but there cool and it's got the added bonus of internal memory which means I can download my cd collection directly on too it which I love I would recommend this system to anyone....

Yep the 2000w claim is laughable to say the least ! But that said for a few hundred pounds you can’t really go wrong with this system, I got it to replace my aged mothers 28 year old Sony audio system, which kicked out about 160w (myself and my 6 year old son cranked it up full for a few hours and it went bang) so doing my duty I replaced it for this. Being an audiophile and sound engineer my first impression was way too much bass drowning out the mid and high frequencies, but after a little play turning on the surround sound option and reducing the bass and upping the treble managed to balance it out and it sounds good even with the flimsy speakers ( no way are you are getting 1000w out of them, bi amp or no ) but for £250 you can’t go wrong, my OAP Mother was complaining that her ears were hurting at around half volume so that’s a result in my books, it certainly rocks her 400 year old Cornish cottage, course my 6 year old son was shouting “Crank it up” (he seems to have a penchant for Armin Van Buuren) but that’s probably just me being a bad influence, old ravers never die and all that. But seriously, for that little money you can’t really fault it. I’m going to go full out next time and install my lighting system, smoke machine etc and attempt to convince here that she was born several decades too late. I’m guessing we won’t be invited around for Sunday lunch so often, but what the hell.

It is loud,but only as loud as you want it to be.plenty of bass,but not where you can't bear it. doesn't distort,when you turn it up really loud. I am over the moon with it,and for the price,you will be blown away! Trust me.
