I was taking 3 capsules daily. 120 capsules for around £15-£16. 10% Withanoloids content.Then I found this brand which was £12.89 for 120 capsules with a money back guarantee.I was skeptical at first due to reading about the lower 5% Withanaloids content.Despite that I started on 1 capsule daily and after a few weeks I felt stronger with more stamina. After finishing the bottle I decided to continue and bought another.I have had chronic upper vertebral pain/fatigue for 24 years. I get tired quickly due to the constant pain. However with these capsules I feel stronger. My pain and fatigue is unaffected but I do feel stronger!Unfortunately they have not affected my stress levels at all. I have just increased to 2 capsules daily a few days ago so I shall see.I would recommend this brand (I just bought 2 more bottles!).

I wanted to wait a few weeks before reviewing as I wanted to give the product time in my system. Well, I am blown away with his great this product is. I have suffered from extreme anxiety for a few years now and in.particular, suffered bad panic attacks and a racing heart. These symptoms have all but dissappeared. Instead of having these symptoms daily, I now only have an episode maybe once every few weeks or so. My husband and I have also noticed how much it has had an effect on my general emotions and behaviour too. I used to find i was really snappy, angry and get emotional or overreact to the slightest thing, but since taking these tablets, I feel so much calmer and relaxed, and an able to take things in my stride. I can even laugh things off!! I take one tablet a day. I can't recommend this enough to anyone suffering with bad anxiety or stress. Thank you so much!!!

Whenever I take it, it has been alongside shilajit, but I can tell the difference between having it both together, or without the ashwagandha... There's a stronger effect, but it's still not as strong as the shilajit.Tried opening the capsule, pouring the powder into some warm milk with black pepper, tiny bit of turmeric, green cardamom and tiny bit cinnamon - it's really nice.Great as a pre-workout, but apart from that have noticed it's making me a little antsy, so calmed it down a bit for a few days.Also, if you're single like me, or don't go to the gym, do not take these... You'll be climbing up the walls... more like The Exorcist than Spiderman.

I have issues with my autonomic regulation, I get sudden insomnia, adrenaline rushes, I sweat when I should shiver and I have internal tremors and anxiety (to name a few), my body does not know the meaning of homeostasis! I don't react well to pharmaceuticas, Ashwaghanda has given me major improvements in my symptoms, I did stop taking it for a couple of weeks just to see if my symptoms worsened again, they did so I'm sticking to taking it. I'm not cured but they are improving my quality of life. I prefer this brand as it's effective, organic and affordable.

I rarely write a review unless I've had an exceptional experience and this one stands out for the customer service. I got the tablets in hope that they'd help with my sleep maintenance insomnia. They actually made it worse (I even tried cutting the capsules in half for 1 night) and kept me awake. They also gave me disturbing vivid dreams. So the tablets are definitely not for me but I remembered that there's a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. I usually don't trust these types of offers and think of them as a gimmick but I thought that I might as well try. It took just 1 email to them with an explanation and my account was refunded with the cost of the item very quickly! No extra questions, no hassle and lovely and simple. I don't normally review supplements, because it's so difficult to truthfully say if they are helping or not (especially if, like me, you often start more than one at the same time). However - I have found my anxiety is lower when taking these AND they weren't in stock the last time I needed to reorder, so I bought a different brand, which were clearly less effective than these. So if you want to try ashwagandha to reduce anxiety, this is a good brand to try.

I have Hashimoto's, and I take Ashwagandha every day to help level me out and bolster my immune system. Mostly, it helps reduce anxiety, which sometimes feels like it bursts out of thin air and shocks the hell out of us (my husband). I was on the edge of my seat because I ran out. This bottle arrived on the same day, and we (my husband) all breathed a sigh of relief because we (my husband) emerged from the whole experience emotionally, mentally, and spiritually unscathed. This is a new brand for me and so far, after just a couple of days, it seems to be working fine. I don't feel like jumping out of my skin, so well, there's that.

I have been using Ashwaganda from my protein for a while as it instantly improves my stress levels. However, after switching to this affordable alternative I find that it doesn't work. I have went back to my protein. This stuff also smells horrible whereas the myprotein stuff smells fine.
