I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the micro ring hair extensions I purchased from your store on Bolo. I paid approximately £250 for these extensions, and unfortunately, the product has caused significant damage to my hair, which is why I am reaching out for a resolution.The micro ring extensions, which were advertised as reusable, have severely damaged my hair. The rubber from the extensions melted onto my natural hair, and my hairdresser had to peel it off, causing additional stress to my hair. Furthermore, I have noticed significant hair loss as a result of using these extensions.In addition, I found that the plastic loop guide used to weave the hair through the micro rings snapped off, making it impossible to use some of the extensions altogether. I still have an unused pack of these micro ring extensions because of the damage they caused and the defective guides.On a positive note, I recently ordered nano rings from your store, which were installed by my hairdresser. She mentioned that these seem to be of much better quality, and they feel more comfortable compared to the micro rings. I am hopeful that these will work well for me in the future, but I would still like to resolve the issue with the micro ring set.Therefore, I am requesting either a refund for the first set of micro ring hair extensions or a replacement with nano rings, as I intend to continue using your products moving forward. I have attached some pictures of the damaged extensions for your reference.I look forward to hearing from you soon to discuss how we can proceed.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Although this is a smaller pack it is worth the money for the quality of the hair. I'm absolutely delighted with mine and have recommended it to several others already who have seen mine and want extensions

The extension are great colour and good quality and feels and looks like real hair, BUT the tips are too short so they fall put roo quick and they don't have much grip. If the supplier can do something about the tip it would make it a better product.

Bought this product and was a little bit apprehensive as I’ve never heard of the brand before having more hair extensions for many years and having them professionally fitted. I thought I would give these a try and my goodness I was not disappointed. The quality is amazing. they arrived extremely well packed And upon opening the product you could immediately see how good they were, silky and tangle free true to length root to tip. I had them fitted in a professional salon even they commented on how good they were don’t read too much into the bad reviews that are on here about them. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

I was dissapointed to find that these were tinted in pink, nothing as per images. The hair although felt qualitative, not plastic, so hame about the colour.Returned them and got a refund so that was fair enough and the reason for giving 3 stars today
