Just heads up if anyone looking through review before buying that it have a warning saying the parchment bag comes in the package/box in is not suited for gas ovens as it is made from recycle materials, flammable and to be used with electrical oven.Of course, I have gas oven which didn't put me off as I have a roasting bag which is unfortunately it is a plastic so yummy...Cut the chicken breast to thinner size then bung it in the roasting bag, ensure the chicken is coated in the spices evenly as best as I can and place it gently in oven tray, tie up the roasting bag and made some slit so the roasting bag can breathe.Painfully wait for 30+ minutes to ensure the chicken breast is cooked and open it up, ensure chicken is coated in the lovely chicken juice mixed with spice.Tasted the chicken and yes taste similar to Nando's but juicier as it was cooked in the bag.It would be five stars but I put a star down due to the flammable parchment bag not suited for gas oven.
