Worked like a charm…I’m pretty handy but still easy: popped the factory installed stereo out of our merc r500 following a YouTube video (5min process), pulled out the old aux cable and replaced it with this one (1min), stereo back in(1min) and my iPhone is up and running! You can’t skip or use the steering wheel controls (excluding volume) but works and it was cheap.
