All aspects of order, delivery and product were good, thank you. I've been taking L-Tryosine in a capsule for a few years so from an efficacy point of view, I haven't really noticed a difference. That's probably good as the powder works very well. I put it in my smoothie in the morning and sometimes have a second dose with a drink in the afternoon. Will buy again as I prefer to avoid capsules if possible and keep my health regime as clean as possible. Good job. I will also be looking at your brand to see if there are any products that I can buy. Oh, and BTW, I love that you're a British company.

I have been using this to try and get my motivation for tasks going, while i wait to be assessed for adhd. At first i thought it was helping, however i am now starting to think it may have been a bit of a placebo. The first few weeks using it was good, i actialy got a lot done but its not having the same effect now

Forget pills and capsules, powder works best and it's more effective and efficient. I use this three times a day and it does what it promises. Nothing to dislike! 😊👌👍🤗Update. Upped my daily dose to two grams in the morning and one gram late afternoon and it works well for me. Not every day but sometimes every day for about three days before switching to mushroom based Nootropic.UPDATE! Just bought more. I don't know why this product isn't more popular, it's cheap, effective and it goes such a long way too. As part of anyone's morning routine, at this price it's practically theft to purchase which is something I aim to do again and again.

I've bought L-Tyrosine numerous times in the past from different brands/sources (typically in powder form because it's far cheaper than capsules & easy to work with) - and I typically take it alongside my stimulant medication (methylphenidate) because it predictably potentiates and prolongs the effects of the drug. I take it in 2gram doses and always with a vitamin B complex tablet (I read somewhere that (unlike N-Acetyl-Tyrosine) one of the B-vitamins is essential for your body to metabolise this compound, and though I can't speak for the science behind it, my own experience has 100% confirmed this).Now without testing this in some kind of laboratory setting I cannot speak objectively for the purity of this product... BUT it looks and tastes like L-Tyrosine (light, fluffy and largely flavourless - for lack of a better word "cloudy" tasting) and the effects mimic that of L-Tyrosine. So it gets a 5/5 from me.

Wanted to use this straight away but no scoop! Seems to be a regular problem looking at all the reviews for this product! It is a very small scoop and one that is needed with this product to make sure you are taking the correct amount.

Just like some other reviews on here, mine came without a scoop. My kitchen scales are not sensitive enough to weigh out such a tiny amount either. Can this get sorted please?

I am 60 years old man and suffering from depression. I take quite a lot of supplements in the form of capsules and tablets. When my L-tyrosine capsules finished I decided to try loose powder form. I usually take L-tyrosin in the morning with 5 HTTP tablets. After taking I feel happy and it lifts up my mood. But since I am taking this L-tyrosine I feel no difference at all. I still got half of the powder left but I decided to buy the capsule version now. I would like to advise the seller to pay attention to why this supplement is not so effective.
