Very easy to consume as a lot thinner in consistency compared to other gels, almost like drinking water. Only frustration is how it is not easy to open when on a run and I ended up spilling it which leads to having sticky hands!

The product is ok, not completely convinced that it gave me an energy boost while using it during my badminton sessions. The packaging needs to be improved, you could end up cutting the sides of your mouth while trying to ingest it. maybe recycled material and easy to open and even reseal.
