This is good but is soooooo much work to check every single morning. I got pregnant within 2 weeks and not trying. The stress of checking your temperature daily was too much for me, but may work for some.

I Just wanted an accurate clinical thermometer. This instrument reads low by just over 1 degree F. Also the product description fails to highlight the fact that it is calibrated in Fahrenheit - not a problem if you can do the math but in this metric world...... Be warned.

I started to suspect the accuracy of this thing even though I was doing everything right... and then I found that the last recorded temperature - displayed when you turn it on - was often wildly different to the temperature I had recorded earlier. So I have come to the conclusion it doesn't work properly and am sending back. Also there is no backlight, and the button isn't easy to discern in the night.
