These bean-based noodles have a delicate flavour and a satisfying bite if cooked correctly. They do not require much cooking. Just bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes and then remove immediately and rinse under cold water to retain the 'al dente' type texture.
Edamame pasta noodles are a versatile base for both Asian cuisine as well as more traditional Italian pasta dishes. The long, thin spaghetti-like strips collect sauce nicely and due to their fibre content are very filling.

I did not expect anything about this product, bought it while it was with discount to try. This product exceeded my expectations! Easy to cook, nice pasta and flavour. As it is just full of protein, I need to have just a small portion for lunch of it to keep me going and I am feeling full, no snacks needed for me!

I can't eat ordinary wheat pasta, not even wholemeal. Initially I didn't feel inclined to buy this as it just didn't look yummy to me. However, decided to try and very happy since. It does look like grass in the pan, my partner did make a comment. Its shorter than traditional spaghetti so you don't quite get that swirling of the pasta as you eat but not an issue. I found this very filling, which is great, the packet lasts me 3 meals (for 1 person). Nice flavour.

I have secondary diabetes from pancreatitis. After doing research these were supposed to be okay for most diabetics to eat. Unfortunately due to my usual situation i can't eat what most diabetics can. So this didn't work well for me. It rose my blood sugar quite a bit and the flavour was average
