This arrived very well-packaged in a brown card box with product inside in its own retail box/packaging. Arrived safe and sound (pardon the pun!).I fully expected to have to connect my own speakers too this for better/louder sound, but believe me when I say that the internal speakers of this unit are above and beyond with excellent sound quality with no distortion when fully turned up; not that your ear drums would cope with the highest volume setting!!! They really do pack a punch!!!This is a beautiful and elegant looking (yet practical) unit. The CD, radio, record and cassette player all function perfectly. Wonderful to be able to play vinyl and cassettes again. The radio tuned itself in with ease; I didn’t even need to use the included aerial that plugs into the back of the unit very discretely if needed. Functions are easy to use on the unit and the remote control is an added bonus (though batteries were not included which was a pity). I have a little bit of trouble seeing the functions on the unit itself but if they were visible (i.e. the wording in white for example) feel that would detract from the whole retro look of this. I am becoming familiar with where the functions on the unit are now anyway so that ‘issue’ for me is fast becoming history!Family and friends who have seen this as soon as they have walked into my living room have made very favourable positive comments as it is such a beautiful piece of workmanship. I am totally in love with it and couldn’t be happier after having used it everyday since it arrived just over a week ago!Highly recommend this, you won’t be disappointed; it’s worth every penny ….. and is music to my ears!!! 👍🎵🎶🎵🎼

This unit feels solid, the dab radio tuned in very quickly, no need for the aerial (supplied). The record player, and cd player were very easy to use. Sound quality is good and volume fills a room, there are portals at the back to add more speakers. I have not tried the cassette yet or the USB but it's so easy to use there is no rush.The unit looks good, buttons and dials feel sturdy, it looks stylish, and does not take up too much room mine is on a kitchen unit, the lid stayed opened at half way. Remote control also supplied and a return label.A small family business and a lovely message stating it was packed (really well) by their puppy which did make me smile as I have a dog. Instruction manual also included.Really pleased with this purchase, after looking at other brands, so far so good.

Bought this for my mum as a Christmas present to play her massive vinyl collection and she absolutely loved it! I was slightly concerned about packaging and the sound quality but I have to say that there were no issues with the delivery, all well-packed, and the sound of the vinyl has been brilliant. No need for speakers, great sound quality. Happy I can play my CDs too! The whole thing looks retro but very modern, can even play tapes and they are a blast from the past! Very happy with this purchase and would have no hesitation to recommend as a gift for your loved one or a treat for yourself.

I received this record player as a gift. We have only used it for about half an hour upon opening. It has exceeded all expectations. The finish casing is of excellent quality and definitely looks retro. The sound/speakers are brilliant with such a great sound. On playing a record that was from the year 1963 the sound was of great quality. The cd player also played well but have yet to use the cassette player.Would definitely recommend this record player, absolutely worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. AMAZING BUY!!!! After years and years of wanting to revisit vinyl i finally saved some money/ reviewed different ones until ordered myself this model.It came today and like a big kid i couldn’t unpack it fast enough. I am already madly in love with this player!! Ive so far tried the radio, the vinyl player, the cd player and tape deck and it is amazing!!!! Im really impressed with the sound quality considering they are built in the unit, i have attached it to an external speaker for an extra boost of bass but not necessary.This is everything i wanted and more!!!Looks stylish old and warm.The only reason i knocked off a star on review is due to the fact whoever put it together has got mucky whiteish finger prints on the internal display glass so i cant rub them off and there are what looks like wood chips on the blue display and on the internal glass, you can see on photos. Only noticeable close up though so not too fussed but a little annoying. The colour does look lighter on the photos due to my camera flash but is the darker model.Overall i recommend this product for any music lovers out there who want an all in one music system to enjoy an old and new collection.

Have just moved to a new house, my old CDs, records, tape cassettes etc. have been in storage for some years. Decided to buy a retro player to accommodate them all. After reviewing several possible choices, this item seemed to have good reviews about the sound. Fantastic! I cannot praise it enough! I have played old 45 EPs from the 50's Elvis etc, and LP's, old cassettes and CDS all playing really great sound.The only issue I have is the DAB radio doesn't seem to have Classic FM which is my usual default music, but I have Alexa in the same room so not really a problem, but would have been good, so I could place her elsewhere in the house. Thoroughly recommend this not just for the wood retro good looks that goes with the old beams in my house, but the sound and ease of use as well.
