This Ghee is delicious. A very good quality Ghee.Will be ordering more.I wish they did an A2 Ghir Ghee one also.

Thought I'd try cooking with ghee just because. Arrived well packaged. Opened it and I did not like the smell, a mild cheese/vomit scent so ran to Google to check if it was a normal odor. Well some comments said it meant it'd gone off, but to me, they seemed to referring to used jars of ghee becoming contaminated and not freshly opened jars. Other comments mentioned thatif you did not grown up with ghee you may not like the smell but once cooked it turns into a buttery scent. Other explanations not smell related said ghee had a long shelf life and could keep for many months without refrigeration. I went with the latter explanations, plus the jar had no mould, presence of water or discolouration. I was still not a fan melting it to check for the buttery scent at that point because I was still unsure but as to not waste money, I continued using it as the odor was not there when heated.Fast forward, nobody ever got sick and let me tell you now, I am in love with this stuff and every excuse to use it! After a while I could smell the beautiful buttery aroma when heating up the ghee to cook. I also learnt the smell is caused by butyric acid and the likely present probiotics cultures when using the Bilona method of making ghee.I love the fact that it has a high heating point and doesn't start smoking and burning like some other oils.

This is a lovely ghee. Only problem was the jar was leaking the precious contents from the lid. I don’t think much was lost, but it is an annoying issue.

This is the real desi ghee. I have never tasted this quality from ready-made ghee bought from shop. Remind me the way mum used to make ghee from fresh milk from our farm. Keep it up with the good quality...

I use this to cook and to add to my bullet proof coffee.It's delicious and very good quality Ghee.Will definitely become a staple for me.

I found the taste is okay, but no flavor at all. In addition it is a bit expensive compare to other brands in the UK. I would not buy it again. You can find better one in terms of value of the money, at least in the UK. This is my honest review after using this products for a few weeks. In conclusion, I would say it is not a bad quality product, but does not match my expectation what I paid for this one. Thanks.

I live in Ireland so most of butter is grass fed so I can make my own ghee it’s quite easy but there is something about premade ghee, it’s always nicer than mine, so I buy orangic grass fed and this one is def delicious, the bigger the container the better value so go for biggest jar If possible

Gee it's Ghee!
This is a fine ghee. I prefer it for some foods such as fried eggs. Certainly for Curry. The jar came filled to the very top.
