It's completely revamped my carpets which were looking very grey (Bought a light stone colour.) It's super simple to use, love the 2 brush rolls which have picked up not only the dirt, but gets into the carpet so well it's also picked up lots of hidden fluff. Hand held attachments are also really easy to use. Worth every penny!

Very good machine works well . Quite loud. Downside is no rinse function as no separate shampoo container. Also very small capacity water containers and so it frequent filling and emptying. If you want to rinse you have to change the shampoo mix to plain water which is a bit of a schlep. Otherwise it good and cleans very well and it's stong and sturdy but not heavy and it's easy to assemble and easy to use.

Our dog is old and has some bladder issues so this is the main reason for getting.Really easy to set up and get going, simple clear instructions, love the pre stain spray, got up stubborn marks within a few passes, carpets dried quickly (30 mins for express clean and just under an hour for a heavy clean), the hand held attachments are great and did my stairs quickly and as good as the main head, the pet solution was great for neutralising pet odours but my reason for 4 stars is because I found it heavy to use and it made my back ache after 15 minutes.Otherwise if you don’t mind the arm/back work out then I definitely recommend!

I bought a cheap carpet cleaner from a discount store and it was more like a carpet wetter.This is the real McCoy. It's better than anything I have owned, borrowed or rented.It completely cleaned the carpet to 'as new'. It lifted compressed fibres and gave the carpet its depth back.Deploying cleaner and watching it sucked up works perfectly and it's easy to judge when enough passes have been made.It has easy release bits to remove dog hair in seconds and the water fill and water empty are both effortless.All modes leave the carpet surprisingly dry compared to my previous experiences.The accessories are, like most accessories, not quite as good at the main roller system but they do a decent job.You get some free cleaner one shot samples which are very nice, but carpet cleaner is available at pound shops for very little cost. In my experience extra passes are much more effective than clever fluid. This guzzles fluid.Very pleased. It is 'quite enjoyable' to use.

The media could not be loaded. After moving into our new home last year, my husband and I had to decide what to do with the existing carpet in our bedroom, the spare room, the stairs, and the hallway area. On close inspection, it was quality carpet with no wear and tear and had been professionally fitted. However, there were some signs of stains and an unpleasant odour, and it was absolutely in need of deep cleaning!We decided to buy Bissell’s ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner because of its outstanding reviews. Although it costs £329.00, we believe that it would be a good investment as we could use it as often as necessary in our home without the need for professional carpet cleaning services!Assembling the cleaner was uncomplicated as the instructions were closely followed. The box contained one clean tank and one dirty water tank, a spot stain remover, a stair tool, a tool for cleaning the brushes, a hose for connecting the attachments, some cleaning solutions, and a measuring container.My husband found the cleaner easy to use. There is a green button above the right wheel of the cleaner called the ‘Clean Shot’. When he pressed it, the cleaning solution was sprayed directly onto the stained areas; this is a good pre-treatment for tough stains. The ‘ProHeat’ (Heatwave Technology) warms the water in the clean tank as it flows through the cleaner. The cleaner has two brushes which help to agitate the carpet more effectively; when water is dispersed, any embedded dirt is released effortlessly.After several uses, we were shocked to see the filthy water sitting in the dirty water tank! When we went into that same room a day after it was completely cleaned and dried, it was as though a new carpet had been fitted! We are so happy to have bought the Bissell Carpet Cleaner and highly recommend it.

After wasting so much money on these over the years and usually a different brand, I tried this one... and WOW... 4 months on and once a week light clean, once a month deep clean, any spill etc and GONE.... turned a 6 year old carpet to feeling nearly new.The water actually sprays evenly, the spot spray for a particular patch great, and it just works, each time the water tank collection shows it works, and surprises you each time how mucky a clean carpet from the naked eye actually is. Easy to fill, empty and clean... genuinely brilliant as is the hard floor cleaner which we bought as a result of this carpet cleaner being so good.If you buy it and it cuts out... don't panic (if you don't read instructions like me) it is just full and needs the dirty water emptying, a great feature really! or sometimes needs the filter cleaning both REALLY easy to do. Seriously great machine, put the other Carpet cleaning BRAND with 3 letters to shame.

The best thing I've ever bought

I love this carpet cleaner more than I love my husband. As someone who has chronic pain, a cat with stomach issues, and a dog who loves to eat grass and throw it up on my carpet, spending a lot of time on my hands and knees scrubbing carpet stains is not ideal.While I love my void (pictured with his brother, for fun) very much, he has a VERY sensitive stomach and if he manages to eat anything but his normal food, he gets diarrhea. It's gross and difficult to clean by hand.I bought this cleaner after much review reading and comparisons. I adore it. It's made my life so much easier. I've had it for about six months now and I've used it many times, both for full house cleaning when I first got it, and a bunch of spot cleans.Cons:- I wish it had a built in water heater because if I don't use the full tank of water/cleaning solution in one shot, I have to waste the remainder of it. It'd be nice if it could reheat it the next day.- I would like a longer cord. It's not unreasonably short but if it's plugged in on one end of our living room, it doesn't quite reach the opposite side.- I wish the dirty water tank held more. It holds less than the clean water tank which is annoying when you have to stop mid-tank to empty it. It would be more convenient if it held the same amount as the clean tank. Then you could empty and refill at the same time.- It's expensive. I do think it's worth the price, but that said, I was only able to buy it because we had unexpected extra money at the time.Pros!- IT CLEANS, MY GOD. It cleans very well. Even the grossest stains are no match. I use the antibacterial version of their cleaning solution for obvious reasons. I couldn't ask for a better result tbh. I've only had one or two stains that I couldn't get out (one of which was black eyeshadow that had been ground into the carpet for over a year - I didn't expect that to come out). Although I really don't care about that because they weren't dirty stains. Ultimately, I care about my carpets being clean and smelling good and this does the trick. I was literally giddy the first time I used it. Small aside - the antibacterial cleaner does stink while it's wet but no smell once dry.- THE AMOUNT OF PET HAIR IT ROLLS UP. We have two cats and a dog. Even when I've just vaccumed, when I use this, the rubber on the bottom of the cleaner grabs and rolls up giant balls of fur. I am unsure how my pets are not bald.- It's very easy to use. It is heavy, but easy to maneuver. It's easy to figure out, to assemble, and to clean when you're done.- The attachments are great. Sometimes when the cat has accidents, it'll get on their fuzzy cat tree. Nightmare. The hose and upholstery tool make it a breeze to clean furniture and cat trees. It's a really nice long hose too. I haven't used it on stairs, but I imagine it'd be perfect for that.- After the carpet dries, it's soft and there's no soapy residue that you can feel.- I like that there's different settings. There's a quick clean option that dries much faster, or the deep clean and max clean options that deep clean. While they do take longer to dry, none of them take an unreasonable amount of time to dry. I think with the deep clean setting, it takes about 8 hours to dry.- It does a great job of sucking the water back up. Our home is 100 years old and our floors are way less than even. Even with the slight dips, it keeps plenty of suction to suck the dirty water back up. I like that you can see the dirty water being sucked up, it makes it easier to tell when you're done with a spot.- It's fabulous for area rugs! It used to be that if I wanted to clean an area rug I'd have to hang it outside and pressure wash it with our hose.I've yet to have any problems with it. I would recommend it to anyone who has pets or kids or happens to be clumsy and spill stuff often.It's so much easier than trying to clean carpet by hand and much more cost effective than hiring professionals if you have spills with any frequency.
