At 400 IU per softgel, itâs a solid dose if youâre looking for an antioxidant boost. Iâve noticed some improvements in my skin, and it feels like itâs helping overall with recovery and general health.That said, the dose is on the high side, so Iâm not sure Iâd take this long term. Iâll probably cycle it with breaks in between to be on the safe side. Still, itâs natural (D-Alpha-Tocopherol) and made with organic olive oil, so itâs good quality and feels like a clean supplement.Softgels are easy to swallow, and with 200 in the tub, itâll last you ages. All in, itâs a decent option if youâre after a strong Vitamin E supplement.

I find it a bit odd that the last reviews for these are over a year ago and there has been nothing since. But I decided to take a risk and buy them as they fit the criteria i needed - natural and easy to swallow (I have issues with taking tablets and have choked on larger ones before.I initially bought these to help support my liver and body from oxidative stress as part of a wider programme of supplements. I had done some research about high-dosing so although the bottle recommends one a day, I take two which amounts to 800iu (this is not a serving suggestion for anyone else - you must make your own choices and do your own research).Surprisingly, I noticed a positive impact on my sleep. Having been an insomniac for almost 20 years who has tried literally everything, I was quite taken aback. But I noticed that within 20 mins of taking them, I start to feel sleepier than usual and my fitbit is registering more deep sleep. In some cases more than double what I usually get (which is normally very poor). As such, they are a solid part of my bedtime routine now and I shall be sticking to them.The product is 5 stars, I have only dropped it to 4 stars because of the packaging. You cannot recycle black plastic and that to me is incredibly important because I want to purchase things that support sustainability so I hope the manufacturers can take heed of this!

There's a reason why I will only buy these Vitamin E capsules....because they are excellent quality. I want the most bio available form and I want them in extra virgin olive oil; that's why I buy this brand. Many brands have other fillers and the vit e is in soy or rapeseed oil...no thank you. These are the no 1 in my view. Highly recommend.

This item was very reasonably priced. My sister has been taking Vitamin E for sometime and she finds it is easy to swallow. We can only assume that her skin health is in part due to the Vitamin E and the size is quite good.
