Read it wasn't easy to swallow but was easy to swallow for me.I felt the effect on constipation whrn I first started using but now cnt feel the effect - perhaps my body is used to it

I have trouble staying asleep and having good continuous sleep for last 8 years due to co sleeping with my children who can't help but fidget. Also due to stress. This was amazing. I have had deep continuous sleep and I feel alive again. Just give it a go. I tried ashwaghnada before but it made me groggy the next day. This does not.

Very good! Make me feel calm and relaxed. Very tasty! If you have kids, and if you order them, be very careful as they are very tasty, and keep them out of children's reach.The jar has child proof cap but even though, be careful!I'll order them again!

Great product for me ...I've been taking 1 a day and mobility easies and also helps to take the pain off to a level I can manage I do notice the difference in my mobility if I don't take it

I take them in the evening and they help me relax and sleep better.The taste is actually really nice — fruity and not too sweet — and the texture is soft, easy to chew. I’ve also noticed less muscle tension since I started taking them.Definitely a great addition to my daily routine. Good quality and effective!

Great supplement. Be home or close to a bathroom when taking these !! In about 30-60 minutes it makes me go when I’m irregular. I have added these to my daily routine and I am noticing more quality sleep since I started this past month.
