I’ve been using this for a few weeks and overall it’s a decent natural deodorant. The Ocean and Coconut scent is fresh but subtle, and it doesn’t come across as artificial. One of the best things is that it’s really gentle on the skin. No irritation at all, even though I’ve had issues with other roll-ons in the past.The bottle says it can last up to six months, but in reality you need more than a couple of swipes for good coverage. If you’re using it daily, it probably won’t stretch that far.It does the job on cooler days and for light activity, but it struggles when the weather is warm or if you’re moving around a lot. It doesn’t completely stop sweating and you might notice some odour by the end of the day.Overall, it’s a good pick if you want something natural, vegan and kind to sensitive skin. Just be aware it has its limits when things heat up.

After using a well known brand of chemical free deodorant. An having an extreme reaction to it. ( as did another family member so it wasn't just myself). Also the after smell the next morning was very bad. I was very dubious about trying another chemical free brand. HOWEVER I couldn't be more pleased with salt of the earth. There is absolutely no bad reaction from it at all. It goes on lovely. It's a proper roll ball roll on. Not a bit of faff that you have to put in yourself an always falls out. The smell is lovely. An absolutely no disgusting smell the next morning. I can't be more pleased and will absolutely be buying it again.

After learning about what is in regular deodorants I decided I wanted to switch to a natural one. I was unsure how well it'd work but I thought I'd give this one a try as it was affordable (for natural deodorants!) and a brand I had heard of before.When I first tried it I didn't think much of the scent, not sure what ocean is meant to smell like but it didn't smell very coconuty either! It's not a horrible scent though, just not the scent I'd have imagined. Aside from the scent I found the deodorant was very easy to put on. It took a while to dry but even when I got it on clothes it washed off easily. I found some other brands of regular deodorant have left marks on my tops but not with this one.The scent from the deodorant didn't last long when it was used but the deodorant was effective and worked all day. I was pleasantly surprised at this because I didn't expect to find something that worked that well so quickly and easily. The problems with this deodorant only became apparent about a month later when using the deodorant meant I would get a red and itchy rash. If I stopped using it for a few days it would go away but then straight after use again it would come back. After rereading some reviews I see this has happened to many people which is such a shame as it was otherwise a great product.I have had to stop using this deodorant and probably won't be buying from this brand again. I have never had a problem with any deodorant or skin product so I have no idea why I get this reaction with this one. I guess now it's back on the hunt for a good natural deodorant!

The best deodorant I've used in my 55 years.I always used spray deodorant before this and they all smelt fine just after spraying but would after a day or two, reapplying in the morning( I have dry skin so try not to shower every day) they would start to not smell so good. As soon as I started using this roll on deodorant the difference was amazing, my underarms smell good and fresh all the time now matter how hard I've been working or if it's been one or two days. This what seems to be a small bottle also lasts way longer than the sprays, I can fairly easily get 3 months out of it with every day use. The Amber + sandalwood is also a very nice scent as well, not overpowering. Some in the reviews have said it takes longer to dry than sprays and yes it does but it's a roll on they all do especially the ones that don't have the harsh drying chemicals in them. Waiting a few seconds more for it to dry is a small price to pay for such a good product, this is now my forever deodorant. Thanks Salt of the earth.

Un ottimo prodotto naturale e non aggressivo.Non altera eccessivamente l'odore della pelle e non è invadente nonostante il profumo si senta, non irrita e non arrossa la pelle, oltretutto è totalmente naturale.Molto meglio di altri prodotti che dentro hanno di tutto compresi i derivati del petrolio.Scegliere bene cosa far assorbire alla propria pelle è importante per la propria salute.Lo uso da anni e mai un problema.Prezzo contenuto e dura molti mesi.Lo consiglio.

This deodorant is great! I used to use the rock salt version, but after accidentally breaking it, I decided to give this one a try, and I’m so glad I did. The scent is subtle but pleasant, and it works perfectly. Even after long, physically demanding days, there was no trace of body odour.Now, it’s clear some reviewers don’t fully understand what they’re buying. One person complained about potassium alum being an aluminum salt, likely confusing it with the aluminum compounds found in antiperspirants, like aluminum chlorohydrate or aluminum zirconium. Those are designed to block sweat by clogging pores, while potassium alum is a naturally occurring mineral salt that sits on the skin's surface to reduce bacteria and odour—it doesn’t absorb into your skin like the others. So, no, it’s not the same thing, and a little research would’ve saved them a lot of confusion. For those of us who understand what this product is, it works amazingly well and is definitely worth it!
