They are from Austria and in my opinion are very superior to the Chinese seeds that are usually on sale elsewhere. They are dark and crunchy with a superb taste.

I wish pumpkin seeds weren't so expensive, but the dark green European ones have the most amazing health benefits and moreish nutty flavour. I grind mine up in a Vitamin blender and add to overnight oats, along with various other superfoods. Highly recommended.

Was recommended these as a healthy treat, used to have about 30/40g to nibble on when peckish. Seemed to help with bloating which may have been caused by parasites as pumpkin seeds are supposed to help how true it is I don’t know
