Best earplugs I’ve ever used, they’re not 100% comfortable when you take them out, ears feel slightly irritated.. but.. any light noise wakes me up and these are completely effective! Can’t hear a thing.

I work in the medical profession and work permanent nights and for the past couple of years, have been using a medical grade silicone that you shape and insert into your ears. I finished with these and was looking for something similar but pre shaped and I came across these.These are really good and priced reasonably. However, these did not come sealed or with any kind of instructions.Yes, they are simple to use but you don’t want to push them too far into your ear canals but more importantly, they did not come sealed, unless they do normally and the ones I received were not new and returns.Anything to do with medical applications that are used on or inserted in to an individual, should be sterile and sealed. These were neither.So, if these are dispatched unsealed, they MUST be cleaned prior to using them, to prevent any infection.Yes, wash them under running water as they suggest above. Better still, use a antibacterial/antiseptic wipe prior to first use.These are really good, fitted perfectly and I had a peaceful sleep but after wearing them, try and keep them in a separate container to prevent cross-contamination with the unused ones, as I have (see photo).A very good product that should last a long time if you look after them and clean them frequently.Unfortunately, due to not being sealed as a sterile product or coming with instructions. I can only give it three stars, as the importer should know how strict the guidelines are on medical products/devices.

I have a deviated septum which gives me a postnasal drip, the result being power drill level snoring. I've never cared about this because I can't hear myself snore, but it's always been a bit awkward in social settings (e.g. sleep overs, travelling etc). I've even had people in other rooms come to make sure I was alright during the night because of how bad my snoring can get. Despite this flaw, my devoted then-partner decided he liked it so much that he wanted to put a ring on it. However, I have expensive taste and recognised that the man needed to sleep so he could work to pay for said ring. So, in July 2024, I bought him these ear plugs as a goodwill gesture expecting them to do nothing much. I worried our entire life would be spent with him sleeping weeknights on the couch, but - to our mutual surprise - I was wrong. These ear plugs actually worked! He said with them in he can just about still hear me snore, though it's super feint and sounds more like heavy breathing, despite being right next to me in bed! Sure, they do sometimes fall out of his ears during the night, but by that time they've done their job and got him off to a sleep from which there is no awakening until the alarm goes off. He says he can't live without them and it has been wonderful having him back in the bed. We have only had to reorder these because we adopted a puppy who's chewed them all to bits, otherwise they would probably have outlasted the both of us. For the price, you really can't argue with such a grand product! Highly recommend these marriage savers.

Don't work at all for me. I live with two kids and these have not improved my sleep pattern at all. Can still hear the wind blowing with them in my ears. Tried every way I could to put them in as well. Can't wear them if I sleep on my side or I end up pushing them too far in and it hurts due to the sticky out part on the end.

These are absolutely brilliant. We unfortunately dont have the quietest of neighbours but these really do work! Easy to put in your ear and very comfortable and light.Each set lasts around 4-6 weeks before they start to warp. They’re easy to clean too! They are great sound barrier and help me get a great night sleep.Comes with handy case for when you away too!

I find them a little difficult to insert but perhaps that’s the shape of my ears. Once they are in they work well and are comfortable
