The cardboard packaging was open and a bit better but my new guitar was fine and in going order.The guitar looks wonderful , of good quality. The finished is sleek and shiny. I wanted to revisit an old hobby of playing guitar whilst the pandemic is keeping us at home more, purely for personal entertainment, but without investing too much money. The main criteria was that I could just pick it up and play for a few minutes without any hassle, so opted for a simple Classical Guitar.I was a little worried about it arriving in one piece, but it arrived double boxed, well packaged with all the listed contents. The guitar itself is well made for the price, a lovely simple attractive design and looks superb in black.The accessories were an added bonus really, the tuner is especially useful especially for the initial tuning, makes it dead easy. It takes a couple of days for the neck and strings to settle, but after that period, it stays in tune well.I'm no expert, but to me it sounds really good, nice mellow/warm sound and bright sounding strings.I'd contemplated spending more, but so glad I chose this Winzz in the end, really like how it looks and more than happy with the build quality and sound.Amazing value for the price and exactly what I was looking for!

A Christmas present for my daughter. A string broke when she tuned it, the others go out of tune within seconds of playing the instrument. Waste of money.

Need some patience with tuning as new nylon strings will need to bed in - will stretch and go out of tune for first couple of daysGood to have a tuner included also a capo and pick

Guitar is ok for the money but the overall cost with all the other bits makes it expensive, mine arrived with scratches on the back but as it is cheap I'm not to bothered and doesn't show up to much I will probably refinish it myself. I wont try adjusting tbe string height as the build quality suggests it will probably break. Strings are rubbish and will need to be replaced withing a month or so. It's a basic guitar nothing fancy ok for learning or child's toy. The accessories are cheap rubbish apart from the footstool which is usefull. The case is pointless as its to big for the guitar and the zip on mine broke after two uses. The wall hanger is totally useless and I don't know why its in the set as the guitar doesn't even fit on it. The tuner is very basic and if your guitar isn't already more or less in tune you will struggle. The capo is ok but if it's for a child they will never be able to place it on as its so hard to open. For the money you could buy a cheaper guitar and buy better accessories but if you not bothered by finish or are just wanting a guitar to practice and don't mind it getting banged about then. It's ok. I wish I had either spent less getting a better guitar and then the bits separately and save some money.

Gute Anfängergitarre
Seit November lerne ich Gitarre spielen und habe von meiner Lehrerin eine ausgeliehen bekommen. Dann die erste eigene Gitarre!!! Ich habe diese von meiner Lehrerin stimmen lassen— habe es selbst nicht hinbekommen aus Angst, dass die Saiten reißen. Sie hat den Grundton erstmal eingestellt und dann hab ich sie täglich gestimmt. Dauert ca 14 Tage, war ihre Aussage und so war es auch. Nun kann ich auf meiner Gitarre spielen, damit sie eingespielt wird. Klingt immer noch irgendwie anders, was wohl normal ist. Aber auch meine Gitarrenlehrerin hat mir zu meiner Entscheidung für diese Gitarre einen 👍 gegeben.
