I purchased "Style 12" for a quick replacement / leak repair. As a non-owner (my letting agency had been in the planning stages of repairing the leak for many months) I just wanted something functional and inexpensive to prevent the leak. Upon installation and use, I've found this item is a major improvement over the prior tap (and would have been even were it not leaking) both functionally and aesthetically.The shower head is barebones and the hose is very short. I kept the prior hose but am using the new smaller shower head to waste less water. My water pressure is reasonable for the UK but I *suspect* the included head would perform better than most in homes with poorer pressure.The tap's red-blue(hot-cold) directional indicator insert could be rotated. This might be helpful if your below-path pipes are installed oddly, preventing normal orientation (as were mine) without procuring extra long flexible under-bath extensions. It also came with some spare gaskets, another unexpectedly pleasant surprise since they rarely fail. Perhaps in case the end user damages one during installation. Thoughtful.This purchase came with everything I needed and more, and has my full recommendation for a budget bath tap replacement.

when it was fitted the plumber said the nut was to big , he could not tighten it up . He tried other tool and could not fit it for us. So we are now getting another one from Screw fix. Sorry no video .

Owned for 6 weeks. Shower mixer feature button has now broke, water comes out of both the normal bath tap and the shower hose. No reply from seller as of yet, would like a replacement asap.
