The lock down probably doesn't help but still I shouldn't eat too much sugary stuff.So I found this tea. Not many reviews to go by but I've seen reviews for another tea which caused people to go to the loo constantly and I didn't want that so I thought I try my luck with this one.So far I had two tea bags at the weekend. Not sure if it's a psychological thing that I drink a tea which is supposed to stop sugar craving so now I suddenly don't crave sugar that much or it helped straight away but I seriously didn't feel like eating that much sugary thing after having the tea.On Sunday though I suddenly felt a cramp in my stomach and had to go to the loo. Nothing major but first I started to think what I had that resulted it when I realised it might be the tea. So I stopped it for a few days as I don't want cramps but I'll monitor my cravings and maybe have one bag of this tea every other day or so.It tastes nice, I prefer the taste when it's hot but it's fine.All in all I would recommend it if you would like to try something natural to help with your cravings.

Decided that I’m going to try and get healthier and I’m a big tea lover - so ordered this as the reviews were pretty good!Checked the ingredients on Bolo and nothing seemed dodgy! Arrived this morning and tried it, tasted really nice - however slightly “spicy” but overall better than expected! Had another cup and perhaps one more.A few hours later I was running to the toilet every 20-30 minutes, I thought maybe I had undercooked the chicken, or got a stomach bug and then when I picked up the packet and actually checked it, it has senna in it (a laxative)!On one occasion this evening, I ran to the toilet and slipped on my carpet and gave myself a black eye, which is never ideal!I’m sure the (probably very small amount) senna wasn’t the only contributing factor to my bowel movements, perhaps my body wasn’t used to be not eating junk food!Overall it was a bad experience I’d say, however the tea did taste nice! And it certainly did detox me well!

This is my second box. I have lost weight but for now, I can’t attribute this to the product as I’m also exercising and follow a diet. I will see how it goes with the second box. I do like the pepperiness but I am used to pepper. I do feel that this tea may aid digestion.I would have given this 5 stars but for the delivery. I had been waiting all day for it. Around 5 pm I checked my emails and saw one from Bolo saying my package had been delivered. I went outside to look and found it left on top of a flower pot. There was no knock all day and I have a designated safe place in case I’m not in. This was not used. The item was just dumped. Very disappointing, especially leaving something meant for consumption out by the street. I will be looking for another place to buy anything edible rather than getting it from Bolo. This isn't the first incidence of dumping my deliveries around flower pots when I’m in, waiting for them.

The taste isn't the best, but not offensive, and I have been managing 3 cups per day on my days off. I love that the teabags are resusable.They certainly do what it says on the box in elimating sweet cravings, which alone will contribute to weight loss in time, along with a healthy balanced diet.

I bought this but stupidly didn't read the full ingredients list beforehand. When I tried it I felt like my mouth was on fire because it was so spicy. This contains ginger, cinnamon, black pepper and cayenne pepper so if you are intolerant to strong spices (like i am), do not buy this tea. I tried adding honey but that didn't help so they will be going in the bin. If you like strong spicy food then this might be the product for you, but if you don't then it will be a waste of money, like it has been for me. This will teach me to read all the listing and look at the photos more closely in future.

The media could not be loaded. I bought it to lose weight and for my sugar cravings.It definitely reduced my sugar cravings but I didn't lose any weight.Some reviews say about going to toilet frequently but nothing happened to me.Flavour was good for me because I like green tea.I just felt like I was drinking an expensive green tea.It says reusable tea bags upto 2/3 times a day.I guess that is just a marketing stunt.I have uploaded the pictures.1st photo is the first time use and the video and the 2nd picture are after 2nd time use of the tea bag.I used the tea bag 2nd time just after 1 hour to see the effectiveness.Price is too high compared to its effectiveness and value.I would rather buy detox green tea from the supermarkets.I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.I have given an extra star as it reduced my sugar cravings.

Sehr guter Tee, hilft sehr dabei den Stoffwechsel in gang zu bringen. Durch den täglichen gebrauch des Tees wird das Gesicht deutlich schmaler da die Wasser Ansammlung im Gesicht reduziert wird.Achtung nicht zu viele tassen davon am tag trinken, kann zur Dehydration führen und kopfschmerzen

Wow ! Very tasty and spicy. Really loved it. I will go slowly one a day to see how it goes because I read in some reviews that it contained senna, and well, you know what senna does.Will update my review after my 20 sachets are done. But so far love the taste of it.
