The spinner feels solid and it is a quality product. The spinning action is very easy to use and very effective. However I had to return this as it had a small piece broken off the lid. Usual fantastic service from Bolo and prompt refund. The size is very large so check and make sure you can get it in you cupboard.

I really like this, don't get me wrong. Nothing bad to say about the salad tosser except for the fact that it's quite time consuming to assemble it, but other than that it's big and you can toss your salads with minimal effort! But the chopper, lovely as it was, broke after one use only... I contacted their support and received a 50% refund. So, BRILLIANT customer service, but shame they don't have spare parts - I really liked the idea of this chopper. This is the only reason I am giving 4 starts, because half of the product is going to the bin 😞

I cannot express how much I LOVED this for a few months after purchase. I hadn't planned on using the small chopper part but this has arguably been the best element! However, plastic pieces have gradually broken off with use and have had to retire it. Just not robust enough sadly.

Great spinner and worth the money
Given I am pretty much plant-based I eat a lot of greens and veggies. What I particularly liked was the included directions as well as one of the best produced videos I have ever seen. No doubts in how to successfully use it. The larger capacity bowl and strainer is also great. The pump is easy to use and very effective. One word of caution. It spins fast so when you stop pumping it best to hold the container as it takes a few seconds to stop and the bowl can move. Finally, I appreciated the design in that you can store everything together so that's a nice handy feature.I haven't used the chopper yet, but looking forward to it.My only wish is that the bowl was glass. Yes, you can find a cheaper spinner, but so far I think this is worth the extra money.

The media could not be loaded. I love this product. Very durable. Big size for a family for 4 or more- used it multiple times when hosting 20 people. It dries the lettuce very well, I usually do couple spins and empty water in between. Works very well. I use the extra small chopper to chop parsley sometimes for tabbouleh. Highly recommend.
Must have!
The only thing I wasn't too fond of initially was the color lol (my kitchen has a color scheme) but once unboxed, it gave me a feeling of nostalgia and I feel in LOVE with the color. Also, I will say the top lid did came with a hairline crack. (Hence my rating 4 out of 5 stars) I considered exchanging for another one but the crack that mines came with didn't/doesn't affect its performance one bit and its not super big so I decided to just keep it. Overall It's easy to use and clean, the spin is great and the capacity is awesome! Definitely worth the price.
OUTSTANDING customer service!
First of all, Brieftons has incredible customer service! This is SO important to me, especially in situations like mine where, in my first order, the plastic bowl arrived cracked. It was not entirely Brieftons' fault (I think our package might have been handled roughly during delivery). I recommend they put extra protection on the bowl. Maybe a second layer of bubble wrap as it only had one layer. Regardless, they swiftly replaced it at no cost to me, alleviating my frustration over receiving it damaged. Their customer service answered my email within just a few hours and had a new bowl on the way the same day and it arrived just a few days later. I was very impressed. One of the first things that struck me was its large 6.3-quart size. I can wash and dry generous portions of vegetables in one go, saving me multiple rounds of preparation and cleaning. The size is perfect for family meals or meal prepping for the week. I was pleasantly surprised by the easy push operation. You don't need to be a bodybuilder to get this spinner going at a decent speed. The handle is ergonomically designed providing a comfortable grip and effortless operation. Even my kids can use it. All components fit neatly into the main bowl, making it easy to store in any standard kitchen cabinet. The spinner does not wobble during use, which I liked! The parts disassemble quickly for easy cleaning. I don't know if they're dishwasher safe, though, as I usually hand wash all my dishes. I am thoroughly impressed!
