I've been using curcumin supplements for many years - but this takes the cake.I always trust Time Health for their supplemental quality - I use their ashwagandha, mushroom complex and astralagus also.I've witnessed a noticeable reduction in inflammation for me around my hip as a result of incorporating this into my diet. Good quality curcumin like this also seems to aid in augmenting autophagy during longer periods of intermittent fasting.I always recommend Time Health's products.

Fantastic product! Had severe pain in my right side for weeks which would not share - until I took this product. This is the second time in a year I have had to get the longvida curcumin for this pain. It has worked both times although this is a different brand, it is still longvida. I got this one this time because I got twice the amount for similar cost. Excellent

I haven't noticed any improvements on taking this product though reading the ingredients and other reviews it would appear to be of decent quality.Felt the price to be high at time of purchase.

I usually take Theracurmin branded curcumin. I was pleased to see Time Health offering Longvida, another bioavailable form of curcumin. Time Health consistently produce supplements of the highest quality, and these are another quality supplement. On balance I prefer these to Theracurmin as they seem to have a longer duration of action. In addition to the anti-inflammatory effect they also boost nitric oxide levels so good for the heart and exercise performance. The downside is they are expensive, but you get what you pay for, and these are far superior to the curcumin and bioperine offerings that are available. If you buy direct from Time Health they send in letterbox friendly boxes. In addition the updated closure on the foil packs is far superior to the “zip-loc type” closure that used to break.

Fantastic supplement, more bio-available than regular turmeric, too soon to notice effects yet in depth but do feel more alert and healthier when taking these regularly.

Seems to have a nice inflammation effect, reduces joint pain, especially during the winter months. Also, can feel the psychotropic effect as this formula can cross the brain barrier. Seems to cause a slight reduction in fatigue during the day.
