They are easy to swallow and good quality materials.

I vary the amount of this I take depending whether I’m going to get sunlight that day. Sometimes I snap a tablet in half. Dissolves easily in the mouth with no flavour so very easy to take. I can’t comment on the effects other than no side effects noticed. Have been taking this brand for about a month or two now. I stop taking them in the summer generally.

They’ve helped us tremendously over the last 3 years. I will not stop taking them. Thank you🌸Update. After taking 2 for three years my vitamin d levels were too high and so now will only take 1 as written. I feel I am not missing out on vit. D. It shows they work. Although a vit. D test not easily ordered at the GP I would recommend to ask.

I've been using Howard & James D3+K2 since November 22 and ever since then I have never had Covid, colds or flu. So although it is difficult to say whether taking D3 has any immediate or clearly discernible affect, I can say fairly confidently that my immune system has been very good and better than before this time when I would have the usual regular colds, etc.Vitamin D increases the absorption of calcium. If you take calcium with vitamin D, you will absorb more of the calcium. That might seem like a good thing, but if you don't have enough vitamin K2 on hand, the calcium will end up where you don't want it.The K2 in this formula helps the body transport calcium around the body in the bloodstream and more importantly K2 pushes calcium into the bones, where it is stored until the immune system requires it. Without K2 you risk calcification and hardening of the arteries.I feel it important to mention that I experienced something odd as a result of taking larger doses of D3+K2 (this would have been true of any brand of D3+K2). In the late summer of 2023 after learning about supposed benefits of taking big doses of Vitamin D3, I began taking between 2 to 4 tablets a day. After a few days I experienced multiple side-effects of faintness, slight nausea, palpitations, dizziness on standing, and on 4 consecutive days I got a migraine each day (I do suffer migraines, but very rarely).I did some research and discovered that this can be caused if you have a Magnesium deficiency because the body uses up a tremendous amount of Magnesium when it activates D3 into the correct form to be utilised by the body. I must have been Magnesium deficient, and taking the extra D3 took me over the edge.I later learned that it is recommended for this very reason that when supplementing D3 you should take a Magnesium supplement (I use Magnesium Glycinate as this is more easily absorbed than some other Magnesium compounds and is less likely to cause diarrhoea). Magnesium is very important to many bodily processes and is the underlying cause of many modern ailments. I can recommend a book by Dr Carolyn Dean called The Magnesium Miracle. Since including taking Magnesium with my D3+K2 I've had no further problems.Overall I'm pleased with the Howard & James brand of D3+K2, and this curve ball thrown into the equation helped me appreciate how vital Magnesium is to ones health.

We all should be talking both vitamins and minerals and these are one of my go to for skin health you should also be taking magnesium with these for full affect grab some cod liver oil caps and a good vitamin b complex and zinc.your welcome!!
