Take B2 for migraine, think it helps along with other preventative medications. Turns your urine a yellow colour. Not sure how much of the vitamin the body retains, but they help to give me some relief from migraines.

No flavour to it. The capsules are quite big. I was advised by the hospital it can make your urine a bright yellow colour. Very difficult to find 400mg anywhere, so purchased this for my migraine prevention as advised. Still on week one so cannot give any realistic updates now, but will update in a month or two. I haven’t had a migraine attack so far which is good. In regards to this product packaging, I wasn’t impressed. The amount of wool placed in the sealed bottled, heat glue with the seal, left the wool residue after opening. Don’t really want to in take that with the vitamin.
B6- what can I say, it works.
Pills are not too big. Fair price and seem to be working for me. B6 came recommended by my Dr but had such a hard time finding them at any store…was so happy to find them here after weeks of stopping at diff places. Don’t know what more to say…they don’t give me any type of unpleasant side effects.

Worked Beautifully for a non Plant based Vitamin
My mother was prescribed Riboflavin (B-2) for persistent nerve pain. I couldn’t get to the store to buy her the plant based brand I usually buy so I order this Best Naturals brand from Bolo.The product worked extremely well. My mother’s nerve pain decreased considerably. If the nerve pain wasn’t from a stroke that severely activated the nerve pain I think 98% of it might have been eliminated.I will order Best Natural products, particularly Riboflavin.Bottom Line: Buy this brand, it is a good quality and riboflavin does help nerve pain.
