Bought to replace a 48 year old 5ltr Tower Pressure Cooker. The new pressure cooker is an ideal replacement for obsolete models as mine was. Modern stainless steel with a stylish look. The interior base is rounded at the edge, which is just right for a wooden spoon to stir the contents evenly when searing etc. The timer which is removable comes with spare batteries. It emits a beeping sound when the time is up. The lid is on the heavy side but closes extremely easily and effortlessly. The steam release valve is operated by a simple quarter turn lever action. The bright red pressure indicator pops up in its own housing once the steam has built up. Comes with a trivet and basket for steaming, which I have not tried out yet. First time usage was for a chicken stew and I was not disappointed with the result. I would say this 4ltr size is adequate for 3 to 4 people. Very happy with my new pressure cooker, which will probably outlive me based on the life of my old Tower cooker!

Well made and easy to use. Built in timer is very useful. The twist lid locks and unlocks easily. Very useful guide book and spare batteries for timer supplied.Works very well and pleased with purchase.

I am so happy with this pressure cooker it is a perfect size for me, not too big. It is sleek and i love the removable timer which is easy to use. It come with a trivet which is handy for steaming. Its great quality with a 10 year guarentee!

Lovely pressure cooker, easy to use and very good value. The closing and locking mechanism is very smooth. The 4l size is not particularly large, so fits easily in a deep kitchen drawer however I’m not certain if it will be tall enough for large steamed puddings if the basin is placed on the trivet as advised.

I am absolutely delighted with this, my first pressure cooker. Despite a bit of nervousness due to never having used one before, this is very easy to get to grips with and use safely. The instructions are great, and I wish I had discovered pressure cookers years ago. It can literally have the time it takes to cook things such as potatoes and carrots, and the long term savings on gas will be considerable. The cooker is solid, safe, and should last many years. An absolutely great purchase, and highly recommended.

I have had a prestige 6litre pressure cooker for many years but it needed new parts so decided to buy another. I needed a smaller one and I thought I would give this brand a try for a change, really glad I did it is much better to use. I bought one from the Bolo warehouse that said that the box was slightly damaged for £37 and was really surprised why it arrived because the actual pressure cooker was in mint condition. This brand seems much sturdier than the prestige one that I had and handy to have a timer on the top.
