Let get the bad out of the way first: the ingredients list as per the photo. Why can’t the producers just cook the rinds in their own fat and leave it at that, apart from a bit of seasoning? They’ve added E numbers (flavour enhancers) and rusk which contains wheat flour and soya. They still have only 1% carbs which for the likes of myself who follow a ketogenic way of eating is fine. That said, I’d much prefer it if the aforementioned ingredients were left out. All they need is salt, that’s it. At least there’s no added dextrose which is added to some pork scratchings. It’s also a shame they can’t be delivered to my chosen pick-up point, my local post office.Now the good: they taste great and have a good balance between the crunchy bits and the soft bits, both of which I like. Some of the pieces are huge and rustic and contain both the crunchy and soft components. They’re also great value. I’ve paid a few pounds more for half the amount in the past. They’re also not fried in vegetable oil which is horrendous stuff. They are fried in their own fat.If it wasn’t for some unnecessary ingredients, these would be perfect. As it is, they’re close and the best scratchings I’ve purchased so far, still suitable for someone who follows a ketogenic lifestyle.

Really good quality scratchers, extremely good value for money, when they say 2kg they mean it (it actually a lil' bit more).And if 2kg dosnt mean an awful lot to you because your not sure about the relative density of decent pork scratchings; Picture your stereotypical classic black breifcase that you see in all those movies, because one of these 2k bags will fit snug into one of those.Cant say much else really, I wanted pork scratching. I ordered pork scratchings. I got pork scratchings. And sure i had to go to the post office to pick them up because the delivery driver didnt knock or ring which was pretty annoying buuuuut cant exactly blame that on Black Country haha.Anyways my time to ramble at yall has elapsed but i'll say again, great value, great amount, great quality, great taste;just dont eat too many in one sitting because you'll feel extremely ill for a long while, how do I know?? I just do, ok...

I was not dissappointed!, Very morish Pork Scratchings, The best i have tryed so far, Crunchy, Natural flavour, Just the right amount of salt!. They are the real deal! I would purchase again!

First time order scratchings and they were bang on the best scratchings me and my father have ever tasted. Size, flavour and texture were incomparable to any other scratchings we've ever had. Absolutely brilliant.However the second bag we had ordered was poor. It was nowhere near as good as the first. Inedible pork scratchings that were too hard or far, far too salty. Definitely bottom of the barrel scratchings. Inedible and most of the bag was the scratching dust you'd get at the bottom of the bag so far too small and hence why it was too salty. Rating one star due to inconsistency and lack of quality control. How the second bag even made it past factory line ceases to amaze me.

I used to buy them in 1kg bulk but since they started to package them in smaller bags, the quality went down. They seem to be coated in something (wheat and soya) and they are burned. Absolutely disgusting! Not gonna buy them again.
