I took these as I needed electrolytes, however the magnesium in them also really helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. I used to suffer with cramp or pins and needles in my arm in the night but since taking these and vast improvement.

I'm used to taking electrolytes in liquid form and was skeptical that swallowing a pill would work. Yes they do work and I've not had night cramps,which I suffer from,since I started on these pills.They are well priced in the 360pill container and now I can enjoy a cramp free night in bed.

I am on Keto/Low carb diet and when You are on these diets You start to feel more tired if You don't take certain supplements because You get less of those as You eat less fruit and certain vegetables which are the sources of the electrolytes. I started with a different tablet and when I finished I stopped taking electrolytes and a short time later I started to feel very tired, so found this one. In a few days I was back to my full energy myself. First I bought the 60 tablets version but now I go for the 360 because it is much better value. I think it does worth to buy these tablets.

Hier sind auch weitere Inhaltsstoffe enthalten. Also eine win-win Situation. Mehr Inhalt fürs gleiche Geld.

This is a great buy for me , tried my protein, this is better price and was told by my doctor it helps regulate white blood cells, and helps with blood sugar. Will buy again

...and neither better nor worse than any other electrolyte supplement.I find the bad reviews quite funny. This is a food supplement, not medication. The web is full of studies telling you that you this "X-citrate" is better absorbed than that "Y-oxide" and you need this "super strength formula" in its most bioavailable form bla bla bla ...As a matter of fact, your body does not need these crazy amounts of minerals and vitamins. Most of the claims are just make-belief and you will only generate imbalances in your body if you take this super strong stuff.I take these as a supplement because I sweat a lot during exercise. For that they are fine. And that's that :)
