a little pricer than alternatives, but was available with quick turn aroundliked the option to install using the adhesive pad rather than screw it in which meant I could attach to the soffit and get the camera closer to the wall than had it been wall mounted. seems sturdy

Good product. Made well, easy to install.Once installed there’s no unsightly screws due to the design. Only small gripe is when finalising the camera position, it can be moved slightly as you try to tighten the base mechanism. With a bit of care you can get the desired angle and a secured bracket.On the whole a good looking and well built bracket.

“Santa” was very kind and gave me what I have wanted for a long time - a Netatmo Weather Station.The unfavourable reviews of the bespoke mount for the wind and the rain gauges that can be purchased from Netatmo pushed me to shop around and this pack of two mounts had a high recommendation score. Being one of the most inept DIY people on the planet I pursue simplicity and the video showing how to install these prompted me to buy.They arrived quickly and felt sturdy out of the box. They were simple to install outside - one on the wooden facia of the garage roof and the other on a wooden post. They have now been up since Christmas (it’s coming towards the end of February) and they do a great job and look as good now as they did when they arrived.Clearly these mounts could be used for video cameras and would look as good inside as well as out.Highly recommended.

The standard brackets with Eufy are ok but not much range or movement. These are excellent value for many, and give you far more flexibility for camera positioning. Perfect fit and size, can be screwed or stuck down.

I ordered 2x double packs of the Kiwi S1 Camera Wall mounts for my new Uefy 2 Camera system.The original camera mounts supplied with the camera system had a poor area of motion ( wouldn't support 90 degree operation ) which meant 2 of the cameras couldn't be mounted to cover the front or side wall of a property.I thought the rust-proof Kiwi wall mounts would therefore come to my rescue.The overall construction is good but with a major material and operational issue.Despite the majority of the wall mount being metal, the main structural component, the base, is plastic.I'm unsure how strong the base would be in high winds, especially with a £150 Wifi camera with heavy internal batteries hanging off it. The size/length/type of the supplied wall screws is also a concern.The main method of securing the mounting arm to the base is by screwing the metal outer cover around the plastic base. This tightens the mounting arm. There appears to be no way of securing it other than "hand tight".With the camera attached, camera "droop" is a real possibility. If the cover works loose, there is nothing to keep the mounting arm attached to the base. The cover is not just cosmetic, it's tightness determine's the camera's fate !If the base was metal with the mounting arm screwed to that, it could not loosen as easily as the base is screwed to the wall. The metal cover can then be fastened over that and be mostly cosmetic.These wall mounts would be fine for lighter cameras, especially for indoor usage ( although I wouldn't trust the adhesive, always use screws ).I won't be trusting the fate of my cameras with these wall mounts and will seek more substantial units.

This product gives a very clean look because it conceals the screws that fix it to the wall or ceiling. Could be cheaper, but the quality of the components justify the somewhat higher price.
