I turned vegan several years ago and felt no decline in my energy or general health which I noticed. However, after discussing the diet with a few other people, decided to supplement my animal free diet with a daily multi-vitamin after having been told that unless you are zealous and eat all of the right tings you can develop B12 and other deficiencies which can lead to problems. I've been taking Vegan Multivitamins & Minerals for about ten days now and am surprised to find myself more energetic, livelier and, oddly, sleeping more deeply at night and waking up better refreshed as a result! My mood also seems sunnier and brighter than before and my zest for life more zesty! Hand on heart for me there has been a very definite and noticeable improvement, so perhaps I was lacking some essential ingredient(s) previously and am glad now I took the plunge to make up with these easy to swallow and very reasonably priced multivits.I recommend this product highly, especially for vegans and vegetarians.

This product seems to have the necessary vitamins and minerals to support a vegan lifestyle. After using other products I have returned to these as I notice difference in nail strength and hair feel.It is a large long tablet.

I’ve been taking these for a couple of wks now. They seem good. They don’t repeat on me or give a bad after taste. They are about the size of a paracetamol so easy to swallow. I will be getting more. Would recommend

I am absolutely blown away by how effective this product is.I have been taking this supplement daily for about 3 weeks now. I bought it when I was running low on my previous supplement, which I was very satisfied with but this, I noticed after research, has a higher vit D level and also added iron.I can notice a visible difference in my skin, hair and complection and my eyes are so bright. I also have higher energy levels. Absolutely amazing product at a brilliant price.

The only problem I can with these is they contain maltodextrin. It's a cheap starch used as a filler/binder. Maltodextrin has been shown to cause a bigger insulin spike and feed bacteria such as Candida more than sugar. For most people this won't cause an issue but for those with GI issues they should be probably be avoided.
