Brilliant really roomy, easy to put up, nice and stylish. Would reccomend even tho it seems a bit pricey..

I didn't see where it said this item was self assembly and so was a little disappointed to receive my bread bin in pieces! But it was very well packaged, all pieces were well made, as in they fitted together very nicely.A small screwdriver (which is actually decent to use) plus 1 extra of the plugs, screws and pins, were supplied.The roll up door was a little tricky, make sure you turn bread bin on its side to align the slats of wood perfectly, before putting the final side on. I found it a little difficult on my own, so I screwed the side on, and the roll up door had jumped out of place, so I unscrewed it so that the screws were barely in, ran my fingers down the slats until it sat perfectly in the grooves and then tightened the screws up.You can remove the shelf or adjust it up or down.It's a good bread bin. It has in it (at the moment), a full sized loaf ( which we keep in the wrapper) some croissants. Buns and bagels. I don't know how fresh the bread would stay if they were not in their wrappers!I wish that I'd put a little grease round the grooves before tightening the screws, maybe the door would have slid easier up and down.Overall , I think it looks good, I can fit a bit more in than my conventional roll top bread bin. I don't know what it's like to wash, I would think just a dampened cloth, nothing abrasive. Its taller than my old bread bin, i measured it before i bought it, so i knew where i could put it in my kitchen.Price wise, I think it is a little expensive for self assembly, I should have read it more thoroughly, I would have preferred it to be assembled.

Exactly what it says on the bin!Easy to put together and feels quite solid, I expect it yo last.

Nice to have and keeps the kitchen a bit tidier. It somehow succeeds in being relatively large and yet also not fitting a huge amount - two loaves of bread leaves little space for anything else, though we have managed to cram things in around them. The moveable shelf helps somewhat. It was easy to put together and sturdy once made up. I used a little bit of wax in the grooves for the door and have had no issues with it sliding up and down. We mostly still keep breads wrapped in there so cannot comment on its ability to maintain freshness.It's nice and does the job we wanted but is a higher cost than I wanted and not sure it warrants being so much.

Very nice bread bin

It looks really nice on the counter top and lots of room.However the slide opening isn't great and if any of the contents move to the rear it blocks the slider unending. I'm going to have to glue a bit of batten to the shelf and bottom to stop this from happening so I'd say not a great item!

As others have said, it isnt the strongest but it is just what I required. With a bit of patience you should have no problem at all.

Mai avrei immaginato che potesse arrivarmi un prodotto così. Confezionamento accurato. I pezzi sono separati fra loro da fogli protettivi da imballo. Nella bustina delle viti c'è persino un cacciavite. Le istruzioni per il montaggio sono chiarissime, ogni pezzo ha un adesivo con la lettera, per riconoscerlo.Una volta avvitato, tutto si assembla al millimetro. Materiale ottimo, e fa una gran bella figura, oltre ad essere capiente.
Precis som jag tänkt mig, snygg med mycket utrymme för brödet.
