I am pleased with my fire surround. It has enhanced the look of my room and I have the flame effect on every night. I have not noticed any noise from the fire until you turn the heat on which I rarely do. Quality is good and came very well packaged. Its very easy to install, just push it up to the wall and plug it in. No need to do anything else. Try to put plug socket behind the fire surround to hide the plug wire. That's it. No screws needed. No fuss no mess.

Came fairly well packed only slightly damaged box but no damage to unit , very easy to operate, enclosed manual very clear instructions. Very solidly built great fire effects

Really pleased with the new fire!Delivered as arranged and on time.Although I must say, disappointed it only came with 10 stones, luckily I already had some from the old fire.

It took me 3 fires to get a working or undamaged one, absolute nightmare. Then offered me £10 for the inconvenience...massive INSULT!!!

This is a good prduct and good value for money. The only problem is there is not enough peebles, you get 10 small ones and in the picture it shows lots more. You need atleast 20 and £21 to purchase more is ridiculous.

The media could not be loaded. Arrived like broken biscuits so I expected it to be damaged, but luckily it wasn't, it was in mint condition. Super easy plug and play. Built in thermostat, and can have the flames on different settings. I removed my skirting boards so it would go flush against the wall but sadly I had my plug installed in the centre of the fireplace so it will no longer go flush. my electrician said he can sort it pretty easily. As you're looking at the fireplace, have your plug installed in the centre of the right hand pillar. Or you may be opting to use an extension lead! Over all 10/10.

Looks lovely and fits in perfect picture on the packaging 25 stones actual 8 does require more stone need to purchase more should be offered if you want to add more stones but an excellent product
