I purchased 13 of these blind cassettes for my house, and made the blinds myself. They have been an absolute nightmare. I ordered them for a house we were renovating. I made the blinds myself and the mechanisms are really poor quality. The brackets to attach the cassette to the walls are really brittle and a number of them snapped on first day. The cogs that holds the chain repeatedly disconnect and fall off. They were an expensive outlay for us, added to by the cost of customs for delivery. I honestly have never wasted so much money on such appalling quality items in my life. We now have to set about replacing all 13 blinds with alternative window dressings. Very very disappointed as many hours went into making them and they are of no use to us.

Received this product but didn't use it straight away. Opened today to find that instead of there being 5 pieces of pocket tape, there are only 2, so unable to make my blind. Very annoying as it wasn't until now that I realised the kit was incomplete. Very annoying.

Although tithe cassette itself works very well, the wall attachment is flimsy - made of very soft metal which bends easily. It is difficult to get the cassette to stay in place - the clips are less than adequate- blind has already fallen down twice. Very disappointing given the price tag.

This is a shocking item. It cost £44 and is really tacky. My Mr Fix-It had huge difficulty. One of the screws broke. The drawstring is not pulling on the ratchet properly and is not fit for purpose. I would caution anyone about buying this. I am going to approach the seller about remedial action from them.
